Dasher waited and waited to eventually get a hold of someone at the store. The door was locked, but they weren't closed. It was 7:50 pm. The teenagers working there were smoking in the back and locked the doors. Restaurant should be ashamed. Second night in a row with issues out of this Dunkin. Yesterday I had to cancel an order because no one would come to the window for the dasher.

The ladies that work here in the morning are so friendly and so fun every time I come here they make my whole day so much better! The other dunkin in town is closer but I drive out of my way to come to this one!

Tell me why I was stuck in the drive through for 16 minutes? Never even got my food because I had to go to work. The workers all suckkkk, like did you drop out of middle school. There were 3 cars in the drive through it really is not that hard. They are always out of ingredients at this location. How do you not have sparking water? Ugh

We just came through the drive thru and were disappointed in the small size of the large hot latte and its bitterness, no napkins in the bag, and no fork for the egg bites.

What is the issue with this place? I have tried and tried to support this business, but they constantly disappoint me with the worst service ever. All they seem to care about is the drive thru. 5! People working this morning and not one of them could simply hand me my donut. Another gentleman came in behind me and apparently was invisible because he couldn’t get any service. He ended up walking out as did I without my donut and a disappointed child. I’m done with trying to support this business and will NOT be coming back. I suggest you lock the front door and just run the drive thru since it’s all you seem to care about. I hope that the franchisee that owns and operates this store reads the reviews and fixes the ridiculous and horrendous issues they have with serving customers.

Just had my used to be favorite doughnut cinnamon roll, now it's really small and they put way to much frosting on it and don't even taste the cinnamon, gone way down in quality. Actually hurt my stomach after I ate it. Wow after reading the other reviews they should just close this place down or Dunkin donuts revoke their license.

If you have a Dunkin itching, I would advise going to a different location. I ordered their Iced Tea on one day, and it tasted rotten, almost as if the container had mold growing in it. I called the store and to their credit, the woman who picked up was very nice and apologetic, and offered to re-make the drink on my next visit. I came 2 days later and had them re-make the drink, and it tasted the same way. Would definitely recommend avoiding this location and going to the stores in Statesville or Mooresville instead.

I often stop by this location on the way to work in the mornings. Today, Barbara was working and was very rude and unprofessional. It was one car in front of me when I pulled up at the drive through. Once that car pulled up to the window, we waited for 10 minutes before they came back to the window. Supervisor, Barbara and her fully staffed crew were just talking and laughing at the window. Once I pulled up, I stated that You know people stop here on the way to work? Barbara replied if you don’t have time to wait, then don’t come here. Flabbergasted, how is the manager able to correctly run a fast food business and do not teach their employees customer service and professionalism. From that statement, I asked her who was the overall manager or the franchise owner. She then got mad and closed the window and said you can call corporate and ask. Yes Barbara after this review that’s exactly what I’m going to do.
