I “was” a loyal customer at this Dunkin’ since it opened and never had a single issue until September 8, 2025. That morning, I arrived to pick up my mobile order. While my order was already prepared, it was not placed in the mobile pickup area. As I waited, a young manager was engaged in a personal conversation with a police officer. Because I was on a strict timeline for work, I reached over and retrieved my already-completed order.

Without provocation, I was told by that manager that I was “banned,” threatened with trespassing, and told police would be called if I returned. I was accused of being “rude,” yet when I calmly asked for examples, none were provided. I also asked for her name, which she refused to give. At no point was I disrespectful, disruptive, or threatening, and I have video evidence that confirms this.

I later spoke with another Dunkin’ manager and district manager at a different location, both of whom stated that banning a customer is reserved for extreme situations involving belligerent or threatening behavior, neither of which applied here. I was told corporate would respond within 48 hours. Despite multiple emails and follow-ups, corporate has provided no response.

Most concerning is that I was recently informed the “ban” was escalated and made more official based on unverified claims, with no witnesses and no opportunity for me to be heard. This feels less like policy enforcement and more like an abuse of authority, and it raises serious concerns about bias and accountability.

The store manager, Madison (Maddie) “was” professional and kind from the time she started working at this location with her aunt Heather when Heather was the store manager, which makes this situation even more disappointing. Side note: Heather would have NEVER allowed such behavior and would have NEVER allowed a member of her staff to treat me or any customers in this manner! Loyal customers should not be threatened, dismissed, or ignored, especially without evidence.

I am posting this review not out of spite, but because repeated private attempts to resolve this professionally have been met with silence. I hope Dunkin’ takes customer concerns seriously and addresses how situations like this are handled moving forward.

Thanks for brightening my day always. I’m always grateful to your staff for always being friendly, especially J. :) I’m always on the go and it’s so nice to start a morning with the good energy they have

Cute spot but not quick. Service was a little slow but very friendly. Hashbrowns were basically mush, maple bacon crossaint was okay - not a fan of the bacon, next time I'd get the regular crossaint. Everything else (donuts, bagels) tasted as expected. Building could use some renovations.

Sorry guys but it’s been getting progressively slower both in the drive through and in the store. The last straw was when multiple people who ordered after me got their orders before me. I usually go to Dunkin because I’m on the go but it’s turned into a setback at this location

came on 12/10. when i got to the drive thru there was only one car ahead of me at the speaker, both that car and i had to wait over three minutes to get our order taken and i have been waiting in line for my drink for ten minutes now. the drive through is supposed to be FAST so you can get your stuff and GO, not wait in the parking lot for twenty minutes. you guys genuinely need to do something about your sense of urgency bc you’re clearly lacking in that field.

Idk what happened but waiting 15+ minutes in line is ridiculous. This used to never be an issue at this location. Disappointed and not returning

Ordered an iced coffee and some munchies through the app last week. I decided to do curbside pick up. I arrived and followed directions on the app about parking in designated spot where employees could see me and tuning on flashers. 20 mins went by and no one was coming out to hand me my items. I finally went inside and a customer told me that my flashers were on for 20 mins and I told him I was waiting on food. He then proceeded to tell me he told both employees that I was parked outside with my flashers on and they didn’t do anything about it. I walked up to the register and told the employee I had ordered curbside 20 mins ago and the employee said “ we don’t get many curbside orders” then walked to the mobile order station and handed me food and said “ sorry”. They didn’t even bother to go outside to hand me items or at least call to tell me they weren’t going outside.

Used to be one of the best in the area. Not sure what happened. Maybe new management? Drink didn't reach the top and my food was forgotten and pushed to the side. Very disappointed.

I placed an online order here 5mins before arriving, hopped in the drive thru, and received my order immediately. The employee I spoked to was very friendly, and went out of her way to ask me if she pronounced my name right :)

My iced coffee and bagel with cream cheese all tasted good.

Nice small town Dunkin location, great experience overall.

Our first time here and we were not disappointed. My husband said the food her got was delicious. The iced coffee I had was good but I did notice at the bottom it was a bit grainy...no problem though, it was still delicious! The plain glazed donut was heavenly! The guys working were super nice as well, we asked for some ice and they delivered....thank you guys!! We will most definitely be back by next time we come up there!

Last week my sandwich was well within the food safety “Danger Zone” at ~70 degrees Fahrenheit… today I receive an inedible cheese scab on my sandwich, yet the sausage on the sandwich was still lukewarm?? Both bewildering and below-benchmark for fast food chain standards.

I’ve never encountered a Dunkin’ Donuts where you can’t add to your order at the drive-thru window. I ordered a coffee, and my husband suggested he wanted to get a muffin. When I attempted to add it to the order while paying at the drive-thru window, I was informed that we no longer do that. Seriously? This area has a lot of kids and moms who are always on the go and sometimes forget to add something to their orders. That’s unacceptable. I’ll be going to the other Dunkin’ Donuts location down the road.

I had a terrible experience, I went and ordered a coffee but it had too much cream and not enough coffee. I asked the girl to please put more coffee in it and she very kindly said yes but there was another girl who got upset because I had the cup where you pay and she said you can't put that cup there and I didn't put it in. It was the girl who prepared the coffee for me but I didn't say anything to her and I asked the girl who was preparing the coffee if I could please throw away the cup because I wasn't going to drink the coffee and the other girl looked at me really badly and said out loud that since she hates people like that it's better not to come back and the truth is her request was granted because I will never return there where they treat you with a despotic attitude...
