They actually make there matcha latte with MILK!! ive went to other ones and they use water not a good flavor. ILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE!!

Placed an online order for cup of black coffee, got in drive-thru lane, waited 30 min but line did not move so I called the store & they brought it out to me. Very disappointing!

Worse Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. Super slow, waited 20-30 mins for 2 donuts and a coffee. The donuts did not taste fresh. Horrible

Absolutely love being able to pull up to the speaker and then say ok William pull around!! They know our drink orders by heart!! The manager is absolutely amazing, Heather has that store whipped into shape!! She is amazing!! I also drive from Statesville every day jus to visit this store.
Maybe put coffee into the cup instead of 3/4 whipped cream. Place is gross.

Worst cup of coffee I've had in my life, I know they are not Starbucks but this was a tasteless cup of dirty water. Hadn't been in a Dunkin's in decades and gotta thank them for reminding me to let many decades before ever stepping in one

Why I continue to waste my money at this place is beyond me but after this morning I'll never be back. this shouldn't even have been upsetting to me because this is how food from dunkin is 95% of the time but this one reallllly made me angry. THAT TINY BIT of BURNT bacon I paid almost $4 for. And that bagel with EXTRA cream cheese, WTH!
