This location never disappoints me. They make my coffee exactly how I like it and they toast my bagel to perfection how I like it. The women there are always nice and helpful.

Frequently rude I've found the third time I have come and they have gotten my order wrong or have not gotten it at all when I order by mobile. They will be short to my face and when they fix the issue that is their error and I tell them thank you, they don't speak at all and turn their back on me instead. Horrible, horrible customer service.

The food is good normal Dunkin but the service is awful - by far the worst DD I've been at. Will take at the least 15 minutes to go through the drive-through no matter what day or time, i don't know how it takes so long just to get a damn donut.

Terrible never open on time. Every time I go by on my way to work they are never ready to open and don't even let you know I sit there for awhile then pull to the window and they look at me and shake their head no.

Absolutely horrible service!!! Waited 10 minutes at the drive through window after being told one moment.....went around to go inside stood another 6 minutes with 4 other people in front of me waiting. Workers continued to chat amongst themselves and pay no attention to the customers in the store.

Was so excited for a DD in my area. Never was a starbucks person. The opening time was great but it had a very rapid decline with employee turnovers. I've been told I'm wrong when I pay for my incorrect item, found full coffee beans in my ICED coffee, stale donuts, and absolute terrible service. I'll keep going to DD but not this location. The self service across the street is more than enough at this point.

Literally the worst Dunkin ever. They can never make what you order because their machines are always broken or they ran out of the ingredients. Today while ordering, they told me they couldn’t do food because their oven is burned. When I pulled up to pay I asked about donuts and they said yes they can do those, but can’t take any add-ons at the window. Donuts are food! Wtf. And I had just waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru. What a joke. I typically don’t give negative reviews if it’s a one-time fluke, but this is a constant thing with Troutman Dunkin. They need better management and more funds or resources to run their store correctly.
Out of coffee rolls and apple fritters?? How about i go across the street to sheetz then!!Sign says " Dunkin Donuts" but they have not, lmao.

This continues to happen they put donuts upside down and all the frosting comes off. If the donuts are wet bag separately or box them. Then you have two employees talking on mic at same time in drive thru made it hard to hear anything.

If i could put a zero star i would. I walked in and the two guys looked at me and i guess because i wasn’t the correct color they decided to turn around and ignore me for atleast five minutes until i walked out. What a sad life the must have.
