This location has the worst customer service and the mouthiest women known to man- working there. Absolutely disgusting how they talk and treat people, on numerous occasions. Jade being the ring leader.

The speaker box wasn't working on the left side, but the right one was working well. It took a while to get someone to the window despite being right behind another car. Thay hadn't noticed a mobile order come in. Several people were working yet the order was delayed. We received the wrong sauce for our nuggets. The fries were undercooked and the McDouble was dry. We were very disappointed.

Put in a mobile order and it went through I was charged. Drove up and got an attitude because they were closing. The girl working the drive through handed me my food after waiting 10 mins , she didn’t even say a word just handed it to me and closed the window and walked away. Came home and realized they forgot two bbq sauces that I was charged for. My husbands chicken Big Mac was hard and not fresh, the fries were also hard and not fresh. Terrible customer service and food!!
I dont often leave reviews but I feel obligated to let everyone know if you go inside while they have a busy drive-through you will be a low priority and wait 20 minutes or more to have your order messed up. Also the self service stations don’t work.

If you want the current toy/promotion in your happy meal, DO NOT GO to this location. They have the signage up for the current toy (Mario Kart), but they gave us old toys (Marvel). BIG disappointment for the kids. They kept on asking "why didn't we get Mario Kart?". This has happened numerous times, so be prepared. For a drive-thru, they could be more friendly. Very impersonal. Didn't say hello. Just handed the happy meals to us.

Ordered curbside to go - pulled into the spot & checked in on the app - sat for 15 minutes waiting. There were a lot of cars in the drive thru - after all the cars were gone from the drive thru - 2 workers were waving at me from the window. I rolled down my window and they told me I had to go through the drive thru. They said they couldn't come outside because it's dark. They said they are minors. I told them to get an employee who is over 18 to bring me my food. They refused. My food was cold and disgusting.
They have brought food out at 7pm in the dark to me before. They were laughing about it when I pulled up To get the food. I've had curbside brought out to me after dark before many times.
On top of everything else, neither of our sandwiches had any lettuce on them. We did not request this.
