I had my food door dashed. Food was ok I got almost everything.except the fish sandwich was supposed to be the double fish got a single one. I ordered 2 2 pack apples which should have been 4 apples. The double cheeseburger was too salty. They need to read the orders better and learn to count. I use door dash because I am disabled and can't go there.
Worst Mcdonald ever. The wait is ridiculous when it's considered fast food. smh
We ordered off the mobile app for curbside pickup and waited about 10 to 15 minutes and no one came. Observing the drive thru window all employees were either talking to someone or on their phones. After not getting our food we decided to go to the drive up. The person on the speaker said to pull around and yell at the person at 2nd window. When we pulled up to the window and knocked the girl at the window had her back twords us. She turned her head and then continued to ignore us. We then had to go inside and a employee said they just tried to deliver it to your spot. We usually like the mobile app but will not return to this McDonald's again. Very poor service.

Stopped for breakfast muffins were fresh. Ordered large decaf coffee. Received a medium coffee. Was drinking it conversing with my grandson. He noticed it was a medium coffee. No sweetener I ordered either. Young lady came by. Told here issue. She said grandma makes the coffee. Yes. She messed it up. The ISSUE is I cannot tolerate caffeine. Period. Needless to say it affected my heart rhythm. Management needs to manage, period before your “employees” put someone in the darn emergency room. It ain’t brain surgery. Read the reviews and act. Needless to say. We will be going elsewhere from now on.

Don’t make a promise with a sign if I’m still sitting here almost 15 mins later still waiting on my food .. and yet I am getting stared at by the cashier and no one can come out and ask what I’m waiting for if if I ordered food, 2 minutes into being here it said my food was about to be on it way out took 17 mins then I had to get out and go inside and the food sitting on the counter the whole time. Who does that and doesn’t bring it out to the customer..

My neice and I went to eat and they were completely not in the game. Apparently from what I was told after my food was messed up not once but three times and other multiple complaints from others including people coming in from the drive through. They had the health department in there while I was there. They did not get my order correct from the beginning. I ordered a q pounder with cheese no pickles. They put it together literally throwing it together, put pickles on it left the onions off and it was cold. While I was getting that fixed or so I thought my fries got cold. They gave me a double q pounder and did thr same thing again. Putting pickles on it leaving off the onions etc. They were made to redo it again. This time they got it correct and I got a fresh large fries but by the time that was done I had completely lost my appetite. I have not been back there yet. I have gone other places and to other McDonald's.

Yesterday around 7-8 I came for a Carmel frappe I had points to redeem for a free frape it was supposed to be a large I got to the second window and the worker was givin me a medium whoever was in window was polite I told her oh it was supposed to be a large she said okay we can fix that for you then her manager whoever for the night was came and got a attitude and was saying no no you told her on headset it was a medium then she got loud cut her employee off moved her and came yellin go to third window yup we got it pull forward with a attitude and slammed window shut as I was trynna explain she was brownskin with burgundy McDonald's shirt and a curly wig type and heavy set she was very rude and needs to be handle.

Saturday July 26th a little after 12am i called asking if they are selling breakfast and i also asked what time they started and the guy that answered the phone said nothing but “when we open” and hung up on me as if it was a prank call. They are open 24 hours at least it says so online and i called after midnight so it seems to be true. but they need to fire some people that don’t know good customer service.

Horrible service, the people kept messing up my order at the drive through, and than repeated the order and it was wrong. When I finally got to pick up my order, they were confirming my order and still got it wrong. They had charged me for extra stuff I didn’t get as well. They offered to refund on the extra items but I still never got the refund. Horrible, I wish I could give 0 stars.

Horrible service! Every time I order w filet-o-fish sandwich I alwayd get one tiny dot of tartar sauce on it. I order 7+ burgers last night and each one has a quarter of an inch of tartar sauce on them. I repeatedly even asked the representative in the drive thru to make sure each burger had enough tartar sayce spread. Despite my request no one cared. I usually spend $50+ here on these burgers and seeing how it went to waste is such a bummer. Non-chicken eaters already have such a limited menu here and then seeing how bad the only option is made just makes us not ever want to come back again. Representatives at pickup window were nice but whoever made these simply did not care about who is gonna eat and if it’ll be worth eating. Not sure if I’d go back again.

Slow disrespectful uncoordinated unfriendly no regard for customer satisfaction messes up every order that they get Care too much about their drive-thru to even notice that anybody was up front waiting for 20 minutes and still nobody was there also the line hasn't moved in the drive-thru in 10 minutes either there's seven people in there working and they work as bad as fast as it took to grow the beef to make the burgers this is a sorry excuse for an establishment they should never call theirselves a quick service restaurant they have no gumption no drive I don't even think they do anything on purpose it's just by accident that they got something right no sense of urgency in any one of their bones I will not be back ever again McDonald's food isn't even that great I shouldn't have to go through this much hell to get saturated fat
