Terrible service!! Cooks throwing lids around like frisbees. Owner was right there and did not say anything. Went for the great food but never got to try it!

I’m not one to complain about food if it’s edible I’ll eat it, but I have tried to eat here by Delivery a handful of times when we are on a crunch for a good dinner and each time it is the absolute blandest food we have eaten. There is not flavor, no seasoning. It’s sad we pay $16-$20 a plate and we have to doctor it up when it arrives. I can say I have not had any of the pizzas just different pasta plates but I think we are done trying.

Tonight was our first visit here and the food was fantastic and the atmosphere was inviting. Having the owner come and introduce himself and talk to us says a lot about him and the restaurant. Will definitely be regulars. We’ve been looking for good Italian food in the area and we have now found it.

My husband and I have been at Pellegrinos several times. Honestly the service is not that great but food makes up for the bad service. On a sad note, however not sure if we will be back. We went Wednesday night & was waiting for get seated, hostess said she will check if there was table for 2, it took awhile then hostess (young girl) came back stating we either had to wait 15 minutes or sit at 'bar'. We saw there was a table open (3 tables together to sit 6 people)and asked why we couldn't sit there? She said since it was a table seated for 6. So we declined to wait & left. Behind us were 3 people (older couple) that came in & as my husband & I were leaving, we noticed that party of 3 was seated at that table where we were told we could not sit. Not sure why we had to wait 15 mins and the others didn't have to wait and got seated. My husband was upset & has decided to not ever go back to Pelllegrinos.

I would give 0 stars if it would allow me to for service. My husband and I come here from out of town because we LOVE the food! Unfortunately, this time our experience was ruined by our server (Micah). We were sat and it took a good while to get our drink order. Which was followed with an attitude. We never received bread (one of our favorite parts). We also never received our appetizer that we put in. When we politely asked to have it removed we were met with an attitude and sarcasm. When my husband finally received a refill, it was brought and was slammed on the table as she kept walking. Mine was looked at several times and received zero refill. We know this is a popular restaurant and very busy which we get. What is unacceptable was the piss poor attitude and lack of communication with our server. The food is worth the drive, all though she ruined the meal for us.

Had dinner at pellegrinos a few times. I'm from the tri state area, and I'm second-generation Italian. I'll give you a "B" for food quality for being in North Carolina. The critique I have for you is to greet your new customers with a smile and thank them as they leave after spending $$$ for dinner. Also: Non essere così tirchio con i tuoi calamari, antipasto! Unfortunately, I will not return to such an unfriendly environment. Chow.

Wife had lobster ravioli and lived it, I had the veggie pizza 😋😋😋, our waitress Micah was very good, will definitely be going back, only thing they could lower the lighting down and have some background music to add to oviance
