I didn't catch her name but, such a sweet server! Gave us tons of free samples and was telling jokes! The ice cream is amazing( especially cappuccino crunch!) if your in the Troutman area definitely recommend the gem!

Never open when they say they will be! Third time we've been here and they're closed. We even called to check hours. Then showed up and nope!

Their open sign was on and flashing. A sign on the door said they would be back at 1pm. An employee walked in to the front room and made eye contact with us waiting for them to open. Everything online on Facebook, maps, Google, etc said they were open. I called a few times, they picked up and hung up without saying anything. I finally called enough and they answered, I asked if they were open, they said no they were closed all week. Great. Then within minutes the whole place was shut down, all lights turned off, very poor customer service that they didn’t have the guts to come out and tell us they weren’t open.

I stopped by just to purchase some ice cream for my girls and ended up buying some for myself……(if you know me, then you know I don’t get tempted by ice cream) I tested out a few flavors (to be polite, because I wanted to test them all) I ended up with a Emma’s berry moosetrack😍. Seriously such yummy ice cream, so many amazing and unique flavors….. go check this place out LKN!!!!

Great selection of ice cream and the service is wonderful! We stopped in by chance since all the other ice cream shops in town are closed on Sunday, and i think we've found a regular place to go now. Not to mention, I'd rather support a local store than any chain. Keep up the great work!
