Their open sign was on and flashing. A sign on the door said they would be back at 1pm. An employee walked in to the front room and made eye contact with us waiting for them to open. Everything online on Facebook, maps, Google, etc said they were open. I called a few times, they picked up and hung up without saying anything. I finally called enough and they answered, I asked if they were open, they said no they were closed all week. Great. Then within minutes the whole place was shut down, all lights turned off, very poor customer service that they didn’t have the guts to come out and tell us they weren’t open.

Great selection of ice cream and the service is wonderful! We stopped in by chance since all the other ice cream shops in town are closed on Sunday, and i think we've found a regular place to go now. Not to mention, I'd rather support a local store than any chain. Keep up the great work!

We visited this for ice cream while visiting our granddaughter . Amazing banana split . The good ole fashion kind and was very shareable and fresh . The lady working there was super nice .
Amazing selection and fair prices. The only issue I have is that by the time I get through trying each flavor, I will have gained 20 lbs. If you're in or passing through Troutman I highly recommend checking out this Gem.

We love this ice cream shop!! I didn't realize they have a small grill to make some sandwiches as well. Great little place and the definitely don't skimp on the scoops!
