Every time I come here it’s the same younger guy working at the drive thru register. Every time I go to ask for my drinks he looks at me with a rude face and ignores me. and if I do end up getting my cups he will slap them on the counter. I don’t know his name but he has sorta fluffy hair and his hat is never all the way on his head. Very skinny kinda tall. I would really like for this to be stopped. If I could give a 0 star I would.

I was craving Taco Bell after going back to Taco Bell recently for my first time in 10 years. That experience was fantastic. Tonight… One star is a high score.
20 minutes waiting with no one in line while six people laughed and talked behind the counter
After that they got my order wrong on two different fronts. I’m not even going back in to correct it. Of course I’m on the interstate by the time I realize the problem.
Ownership of this franchise should quickly work to clean up shop.

Absolutely horrible. I came here on Halloween with 2 friends and my 8 year old brother and the staff were SCREAMING across the counter at customers MULTIPLE times. Ridiculous profanity. Ridiculous “customer service” (lack thereof). Employees were threatening each other saying they were going to fight each other out back AND it took forever to get our order. By far the worst experience I’ve had in a fast food restaurant to date.

Got a big order the beefy 5 layers were so small and didn’t have any cheese the cheesy fiesta potatoes tasted like they were made in the morning (it was around 6 pm the order was made) the Mexican pizza was basically just beans and the worst part it looked like the big black dude that made it looked like he sat on it

Location makes decent food but make sure you order on the app for pick up 30-40 minutes ahead of time. Have been here 100s of times and it's never changed. Slowest location on earth and they don't care. Food is usually pretty solid though.

This is the worst Taco bell I have ever been in I waited close to and hour last night for my food and still got nothing the staff were rude rolling there eyes and throwing food around I saw one man having trouble with the app mobile the woman was rude but he took it cool I will be calling corporate people tomorrow to report this issue with them so they will be aware of this place i will never go back EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered on the app. When I get there to pick up my order the drive thru guy says “I don’t have chicken to complete you order, I can give you the burritos though” I replied with I already paid in the app for everything he then said “my truck just arrived I’ll have chicken but it will be a wait” I said that’s fine. Literally 3 minutes of waiting he said “here’s your food” just want to share how this fresh chicken looks and how it was wrapped up and put in the bag. It was disgusting, I assume this was probably food from hours before and just gave it to me to get me out quick. I sure as hell know none of this was fresh.
They were extremely nice very kind and the food was wonderful

The ladies at this location are so rude not to mention the manager as well! She doesn’t know how to handle conflict! And she’s just as bad as the employees! As if the being rude part wasn’t bad enough they threw my food in my bag sooo hard the toppings on my nachos came out the box alll over the inside of my bag and other food!!! I will reaching out to corporate and hopefully NONE of them will have a job when I’m done! Absolutely insane‼️

I passed this Taco Bell every morning, taking my daughter to school. We like to get breakfast at 8 AM but every morning this Taco Bell has an issue with being open on time or not having food ready for breakfast. It has been several times they have said they are not ready yet and to give them 30 minutes or the eggs are not ready, etc. this is very annoying and inconvenient and unprofessional. Open at 8 AM if breakfast is not available until 830 or 9 AM. Very frustrating
