Out of everything including cups, seems like no one knows how to do inventory. Teens fooling around, gossiping while customers wait for their food. No ketchup, we asked for it and no one thought it was important to refill it. Ice machine sucks. No clean tables. The one guy decided it would as more important to chit chat than to make the food. The female worker was swearing left and right. Very unprofessional.

Location was recently renovated but looks super plain. Just went to this location and sat on line for 35min just to get raw nuggets and tried to call store since my lunch hour was used up sitting in line. But phone is either disconnected or they did something to not take calls. Very poor service and good quality is horrendous.

I don't even know how to give Stars for the last 3 visits that I had there. Each time I went they were cash only. They would not take any cards. I don't ever carry cash. As soon as you pull up to the order microphone they say we are cash only. There are many choices at this exit. You can always visit Subway, Taco Bell, McDonald's, Sheetz, Arby's, or dunkin' donuts. Take your pick of the next fast food restaurant that will take your card.
