The good: The folks taking the order and handing out the food were very respectful.
The bad: Cook wasn’t having a good day. Ordered a big bacon classic, had 2 massive tomatoes that could’ve easily been 4 nicely sliced tomatoes and 6 slices of cheese, 3 on top, 3 on bottom. Also the burger itself was cold as can be. They also forgot the fries for this meal. We also got a biggie bag with a JBC, the meat on that burger was cold as ice and the amount of mayo on it was atrocious. While missing a medium fry with this order they also forgot the BBQ sauce for the nuggets.
This is the first time I’ve ever had an issue with this location, been coming here for over 10 years. I’ll chalk it up to the cook having a bad day and the workers having to work on Christmas, I get it, but you can do better.

Worst place to try and get food! I hope the owner/operator sees this! I placed a mobile order to pick up, simple enough right? NO! After spending 30 minutes in drive thru I was told to come in to place an order and drive thru was now closed! What? I went inside to tell them about my mobile order and after standing at the register for almost 15 minutes and not be recognized not once I ended up leaving! This place is an absolute joke! My advice is to fire everyone and hire some actual people that know how to run a place, or second option I would suggest is just bulldoze the place down so another fast food place can come in that knows what they are doing! I have lived in Troutman for 30 years and I will Never go back to this place again! I will travel to a different city to go to Wendy’s before I go back here!

Cashier is too busy talking to other workers. He takes one order. Turns his back talks to the other workers till the order is done. He will look at you, but not take your order. As he is too busy talking.
Black lady working night shifts on Thursdays has an extremely rude tone. Service is also incredibly slow, took 45 minutes to get a 6 pc and 10 pc nugget.

Ordered 1 baconator with no mayo add lettuce tomato and onion along with others with no alterations which were correct but the one with no mayo had mayo which is typical because our family is cursed when it comes to any fast food restaurant when we want to remove a condiment so I went back around and they remade it no issue and didn't put lettuce, tomato or onion on it but it had no mayo which I guess is a win. I worked fast food for a long time I get the workforce struggle but smh.

Placed my order on the app for drive thru got to restaurant and they had a delivery truck in the drive thru,parked went inside and told them had a mobile order took over 10 minutes to get my food one sandwich ask what time they opened because it was kinda early in the morning and was told we open 24 hrs a day got food and after I left I noticed the food was cold would not recommend this location

Whoever was working the drive through tonight 9/26/2025 @ 7:30PM was terrible. Ordered 10 piece spicy nuggets 6 of them old/burned 2 of them raw, was mush as soon as I took a bite. Asked for BBQ sauce, got none. On my #6 asked to add bacon and cheese, got home, only mayo. Chicken filet was also very hard and chewy like it had been sitting out for a while. I love Wendys but, this location seems to be getting terrible since the remodel.
