Slow slow slow service, after being ignored.Ive ordered ahead online 3 times in 2 weeks. Each time I've arrived over 15 minutes later and still had to wait multiple minutes in the drive through. Wouldn't be as big of a deal if someone at least acknowledged me or that they were working on my order and it would be a few minutes. Instead, I'm left sitting at the window being ignored as I see multiple employees walking around. I frequent other Wendys as well, and I work in food service myself, so I understand some of the challenges drive through businesses experience. However, the third time I received poor service and cold food in a row, I needed to bring it to someone's attention.

Excellent service from the staff behind the counter!! A young lady and guy with colored hair made my night a few minutes ago. These guys deserve some recognition.

It's a hit or miss. Really depends on which workers are there. I've only been twice. First time was great but the second time I was disappointed because my food wasn't cooked all the way. The burger was still pink and the fries were cold and hard and my drink was flat, tasted like water.

Just wanted to say that Jay is a very sweet man with an uplifting personality. He was running around working the front counter and making the orders very efficiently while very politely interacting with customers waiting in line.

The Troutman, NC Wendy’s consistently disappoints. Fresh Southwest salad lettuce is not even edible and they always forget the chips. This location needs owners that care. Don’t stop here. Keep going.

I was greeted by Ja Niya with a warm and friendly smile, something you don't get too often.She took my order and I noticed that everyone there was really happy, not a front but genuinely happy!The place was clean and the food was really good and delicious!I ordered the Cobb salad with a large chilli and it by far was the best tasting meal I've had from Wendy's in a long time!Whoever is running this location needs to show others that what they're doing is exactly how Dave Thomas would have wanted it!Honestly, I was thoroughly impressed!Kudos to you and everyone there, you all did an outstanding job!

I ordered one sandwich. The employee that's supposed to make it couldn't care less. Purposely moved very slow when his only job is the be fast (fast food). They offered a free drink for the inconvenience. Most of the drinks were out, and what was in had little to no carbonation. Finally got the sandwich. Ran back to the truck as they made me late. Opened the wrapping. WRONG SANDWICH!! They need to be sold and reopened under new staff and new management if they can't handle a single sandwich.

went to drive thru at 12:43 pm Wednesday, March 6th. No one was in line. Waited at the speaker close to 5 minutes. Drove off after no service, when I looked in the window to see if anyone was working I noticed 4 females looking at me smiling. I will never visit this location again.

Dumbest staff this side of the Mississippi. And there are some very stupid people east of the Mississippi. It seemed like it was everyone’s first day and there were no grownups in charge.

Ordered three separate meals and messed up all of them. We walked up to the counter to ask for a manager and they sat there and stared at us like we were idiots. The managers name was Tyler and didn’t say a single word after we were given three wrong orders. The food in the bags didn’t match the receipt on any of the three meals. They didn’t even offer compensation of any kind. Again, they didn’t say a single word to us. Even after giving us the wrong food, they used different ingredients and didn’t even tell us when we ordered. The service here is absolutely terrible and I won’t be coming back to this place. The restaurant itself is a mess and there’s trash all over the floor. I’ve seen dog cages cleaner than this restaurant. It should be shut down until they can find people that actually know how to do their job.
