Came in to try the breakfast with my sister. She specified clearly how she wanted her eggs cooked. Our meals came out together and her eggs were cooked wrong. They said they would do them over- after 15 minutes me having completely finished my meal I went to check And they said they were working on it. Took 10 more minutes of waiting, and the eggs came out even harder than even more overcooked than they had been the first time . I will assume this was them being passive aggressive since we were the only people in the place when we ordered. we left without my sister eating her meal. No effort was made to refund us.i really expected better of this cute looking local establishment. Needless to say, won’t be back.

Decided to give this place a try after driving by so many times . I was disappointed and won’t come back .Service was super slow . Coffee was ok ,pastry was not fresh and hard as a rock .returned to store and the manager said nothing except for giving me refund like it was my fault . No customer service and I didn’t feel welcomed

My daughter took me to this place on Mother’s Day. It was a Mother’s Day brunch & we had reservations. I have never seen anything so disorganized in my life. My daughter bought a coffee. It took 15 minutes to get her coffee and it was the wrong one so we had to wait another 15 minutes We gave them our food order, 30 minutes later the hostess assured us our food is on its way. It was coming out soon. Sorry for your wait. Well 20 minutes later the waiter comes to ask, what did you order? We told them a second time we waited and waited and another couple were waiting also And then somebody else came in with their child and they received their food 10 minutes of placing it! So I stopped the waitress and said where is our food we have been here an hour and a half waiting so she asked me what I ordered and I said it does not matter and then she wanted to know what my name was and I said my name is called leaving because I am leaving right now, and this girl had enough nerve to stick her arm out to block me from leaving, to exit I was like excuse me we are leaving. Worst place so unorganized so unprofessional I will never go back there again. I’d advise you not to go either.

Everything about this place spoke a big welcome..come relax..have fun with friends or family..grab a coffee or food and enjoy each other's company. So glad we found this quaint coffee shop cafe....we visited for the first time on poker night and enjoyed a fun night of cards...friends...coffee and food. Thank you Nina for your hospiality!
The food is delicious and made to order for great pricing! Everything we have had here has been top notch! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming and full of fun things planned on their calendar! Last time I ordered online and they were out of something, they switched it out and offered me a yummy latte to go with it for the inconvenience- you won't find that kind of hospitality at any chain! Check them out soon- you'll thank me!
