We ordered the smothered chicken and it came out as grilled chicken the waitress realized it and took it back but it came back out it still didn’t have the gravy on it

Very good restaurant! Pricing is great. Portions were very good. Service was exceptional. This was our first time visiting the restaurant and wanted a good meal after dealing with the DMV.... We will FOR SURE return!

The food is good. One of the better values in Troy. The service (at least the drive through) needs serious improvement. You need to call ahead if you want takeout from the drive through, which is totally fine. What's not so fine is increasingly the kitchen staff will just watch you sitting there when you come to pick up your order and just say... Nothing. No one comes unless you call again. I've been watching this get progressively worse in the time I've been coming here. Tonight was really the limit. There's really just no excuse to sit and watch a customer sit there and not even bother to tell anyone, and then my order didn't even have slaw or cocktail sauce. Honestly this place is too good for that. Would really love to see you improve this. PS: PLEASE POST A CURRENT MENU

I want to like this places so much because its a hometown staple that has been around for years. However after seeing the unsanitary practices of the cooks for example one day I seen the guy scratching his beard while he was cooking and a woman breaking open biscuits with her bare hands and no one wears gloves, this morning was the topper for me. I seen the biggest roach I've ever seen in my life crawling on the wall behind the coffee makers. This thing was at least 3 inches long. After that I dont think ill come back.
Good food for cheap! Reasonable portions and affordable. I get my food to-go but the inside is spacious with lots of seating. Only complaint is that it could use some seasoning

my husband ate here this morning and everything was all fine and dandy until he noticed something on his toast. he spotted a booger and he informed the staff who said that it was a piece of “lettuce”. then the waitress proceeded to turn away abruptly and act like nothing was wrong at all. i guess they thought he was stupid. then the wait staff treated them badly because of this. with my experience in the food industry i am fairly familiar with how food is prepared and 9 times out of 10 it goes straight from the bag to the toaster, with not much contact with other meals. which neither my husband or my father had any lettuce. on the counter where all of the food was there wasn’t any lettuce at all on the 12 plates. my husband and father stoped eating and went to check out. and they tried to charge my husband for a tea when he had a water. just an awful experience.
