My first time going to this location and I give 5 stars from what I experienced. The service was fast, the food hot & delicious, and although I didn't go inside to order, the energy from the ladies working (window #1 taking payment and window #2 handling my food) was very warm and welcoming.

The workers can’t get the order right or even make it in the first place. The employees will give out free food to family and friends, and leave you waiting for something that isn’t even coming. Worst I’ve ever seen and happens every day

This is unbelievable. I ordered everything 4 hours ago and now nothing has been delivered to me. It is a very ridiculous restaurant and I do not recommend it.
It really all depends when you get the food yesterday I ordered food around the same time they made me pull up and the food was amazing but tonight the food was terrible this has happened twice I always order on the mobile app and the first time they didn’t get my order right and when I pulled around the manger asked are you sure that’s what you order and got smart tonight they made me pull up again and they got my order wrong they didn’t give me onions when I asked for extra and the fries very very old tasting and cold went back inside and they got the food right that time and made me wait for fries for them to still be old and cold they really need to do better
