I got the Pistachio latte (I love anything pistachio) and the wife got a pumpkin spice chai (?) and we split an apple fritter.
The pistachio coffee was a great choice especially for the cooler weather The apple fritter was loaded with apples which was a nice surprise. Usually anywhere else it's a miracle to have even a trace of an apple lol
The pumpkin coffee was great. Definitely a step above any other pumpkin flavored coffee I have tried including starbucks.
The store was a nice throwback to somewhere I would have visited in Connecticut. It's very rustic and charming. We will definitely be back to try the rest of the seasonal menu

The Uwharrie Mercantile in Troy is such a special place! Dana has done an incredible job creating a coffee shop that's both welcoming and full of character. The unique merchandise and delicious menu make every visit a treat.

Great coffee in a very cute shop. Only negative is that they advertise having coffee flights and lunch but when we went on Saturday they said they didn’t provide these services on Saturdays. To my knowledge this is not disclosed anywhere other than finding out in person.

The new protein shakes which have recently been added to the menu are a must try, must have!! I had the Very Berry today & added a shot of coconut. It was wonderful, I highly recommend it. So nice to see our local small town businesses have a variety on their menu not to mention the welcoming staff Mrs. Dana has!!
Simply go! An amazing coffee house that is adorable. The coffee is incredible, and the apple fritters will bring a tear to your eye, they are that good. Happy 7th birthday to the establishment

I’m almost afraid to share that this is the BEST place in NC to go for Pimento Cheese! I love going every week for my container and if they don’t have it, one of the friendly employees calls to let me know when they have a container available! My two year old son could eat all of the Pimento Cheese in one sitting if you’d allow! How many two year olds do you know that like Pimento Cheese? That’s right it’s that good! The staff are always friendly and helpful! They also have the best frozen drinks and great tasting sweet tea! While there you can enjoy shopping! A great asset to our little town! A special thanks to Chloe for calling to make sure we have our Pimento Cheese for little man we appreciate you!
