I was very disappointed that they were not open according to the hours online, they closed at 2pm which is sad their description sounded fantastic! Was so excited to go all the way over there for the reported atmosphere and quality coffee but they closed way too early. Might try again in the future and update my review. I gave it 2 stars because it sounds good, I hope to sample their coffee (and dad jokes) soon.

I tried 2 different bags of beans from a grocery store. Both taste horrible out of 2 different espresso machines. Improperly roasted, tastes like bulk low quality beans from a big brand. Did not care for the cheesy AI generated stories on the back of the bag.

Awesome family owned and operated business! We were blessed to get the full tour from Charli and our visit was completed with very tasty frappes and a bonus dad joke off between my husband and Charli. Super sweet family and awesome coffee what more could you ask for? Thank you!

Closed during posted open hours on here with no sign on the door to indicate why. Not my first time with this experience here. No one answers the phone. Not seeing responses to the last few months reviews on here including really positive ones that ppl took the time out of their day to leave. Peeked in and seeing boxes strewn about. Doesn't look cozy tbh. I tried. Now just taking the time to help the next person thinking of coming here to not get too set on it being open during the posted hours.
I've seen a location was able to update their's to say temporarily closed on here when they went on a 2 week vacation. Also, maybe there can be an explanation on the voicemail.

Had a great visit to Big Guns the other week with my parents and wife. Very good bakery items and the coffee (and service) is super good!
This place flippin sucks they gave my 11 year old brother a bagel with almost no flipping cream cheese and didn’t tell us they were out of flipping cream cheese and there muffins tasted like cat liter and the place smelled like flipping cat litter.

The shop had random boxes all over the place. It smelled like cat litter and they didn’t have any cats. the tables were randomly placed. We ordered a bagel and banana nut muffin. The banana muffin was stale and tasted terribly. the bagel had barely any cream cheese.(they were out of cream cheese so they just used up what they had.) I like local places but it’s just disappointing when they have stale muffins.
