We’ve enjoyed every meal here so far. The cocktails have been really great. And we love the buffalo chicken salad and turkey sandwich. Everyone in our family had been pleased. The hostess that we’ve encountered could be a little nicer but our servers have been very pleasant. Definitely will continue to patronize this place.

Where do I begin? First off I came in yesterday afternoon. This sweet girl named dana was by herself. Literally running to make sure everyone in the restaurant had their food, had drinks, sat people, bussed tables, took Togo orders, I mean.. everything. And not once did she give a bad attitude or be short. She treated everyone with such positivity, was kind, was making jokes, just an all around super star. At one point the entire restaurant was full, and she’s slinging cocktails for our table, and they were some of the best I’ve ever had. She told me to get the southern fried chicken sandwich, and recommended my husband and I split it since we’re not big eaters. Thank god because when she brought out that sandwich, the piece of chicken was covering both buns. She even accommodated and brought us a second bun. Because it truly was big enough to make two sandwiches. It was absolutely AMAZING, I would make a trip back up this way just for that sandwich. Her memory? Outstanding. If I was her yesterday I would have been in tears. Whoever hired her, fantastic choice. I will be back. Thank you Dana for going above and beyond for my family during such a high stress time. You are truly one of a kind. (If you’re to ever read this, don’t ever doubt yourself. You rock!) Oh, and the food, FABULOUS. The drinks? PHENOMENAL.

Came in yesterday at 6pm. Sat at the bar with my husband and our bartender was Dana. She was hilarious. Such a unique individual. She was kind and warm. She kept my wine glass full and continuously kept refilling my husbands sweet tea. (He drinks quite a lot) A cook brought our food out to us which we really enjoyed. It showed us that 1: they all care about each other and 2: that the cooks care about the quality of their food. I will be back, thank you for such a good time.

Came in here this evening, and to be pleasantly surprised that Dayna was at this location! I had her serve me a few times for at the other location and she’s always been so lovely. Talks to you like she’s known you for her entire life. Makes you feel welcome, hear and seen. If I didn’t have to go home, I’d still be sitting at the bar right now. If you’re in the tryon area, go here. If for anything just come to the bar, have yourself a drink and talk to this lovely lady. 100/10 recommend this place. The food is fantastic, the server Lisa, beautiful woman. They’re gonna change this place, I can feel it. Give them a chance :)

The atmosphere is nice and the employees are very friendly. However, it took us over 30 minutes to receive our order and the quality of the food was absolutely awful. Every meal in our party was nauseating. Some of the sides obviously had freezer burn and were cooked in a microwave, and some were overcooked and tough to chew. I was looking forward to coming here but I was very disappointed. Would not return.

We spent here than we would at long horn steak house and the quality isn’t even comparable. We’re disappointed in our first and maybe our last visit.
We ordered the buffalo chicken eggs rolls, you only get two for $17 they were the best part of the meal, the burger didn’t come with a side which was crazy, the fries had a good flavor but they were tough and hard to eat, the omelette and grits were great.
We did like the underground type of vibe, it felt great in there temperature wise! I do wish they had a little music or move TVs for entertainment.
All in all this place has some good and bad points but I’m not sure if I’d recommend this place just for it being over priced and some of the food quality falling below the requirements..

Sandwiches are $20 and do not come with a side which is ridiculous. I had the Rueban which was loaded with corned beef but lacked in flavor and was soggy on one side. I won't go back because prices are too steep for my wallet. They also fry in soybean oil.

Brooks Tavern was a total disaster. The food was absolutely awful—cold, disgusting , and clearly made with no care or quality ingredients. It was one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was dark, dingy, and depressing. I couldn’t wait to leave. This place is a joke and should be avoided at all costs. Don’t waste your time or money here.

We had dinner at this restaurant tonight, and unfortunately, the service was some of the worst I’ve experienced in a long time. We arrived at 7:00 PM, expecting a pleasant meal, but by 7:20 our waitress told us we needed to order immediately because they close at 8. No greeting, no smile, and certainly nothing welcoming — just a blunt warning as if we were an inconvenience.
It’s one thing to have early closing hours, but it's another to treat paying customers with such coldness, especially so early in the evening. The lack of hospitality was jarring. I understand the business might be struggling, but poor service like this is probably a big reason why.
We wanted to support a local spot, but after tonight, I’m not sure we’ll be back. ON TOP OF THAT, there was only four of us and we were charged a 20% gratuity because we spent over $150. Ridiculous to be charging because a customer spent more money with you.

Got the jalapeno onion smash burger. One of the best burgers I've ever had. Loved the Corn Ribs and sauce. My wife said the nachos were the best she's ever had. Excellent service and a really cool atmosphere. Will definitely be back
