It was okay. Not much flavor. Chicken on nachos was pretty dry.

Fast service and GREAT food. This place has been here since I was in HS. It's become a staple of the location it is in. I love the fact that it is family owned and the dad that I remember running the place now his son is running it. Wonderful people, hard working and clean atmosphere. The food is also phenomenon.

Mr. Juan’s is a half mile down on the left. Atleast they give you a full size order of chips when you spend $50 on takeout! I was given a small bag for two salsa and a large queso. Food was dry. Food was fast but now I see why.

Have been eating here for years food and drinks are always good! Employees are always nice ! This is the first time my Fajitas del Mar has been burned ! Worst Fajitas I've ever gotten here ! My Mexican Cook must have lost his touch !

We recently ate here for a casual celebration on our Anniversary. The food was very good and the service was very attentive and kind. Someone mentioned in an earlier review that if another Mexican Restaurant was nearby it would easily put this one out of business… thought it was funny because there is literally another Mexican Restaurant right next door. ? We like El Sureno a little better! Try the “grande” margarita!

Average food, terrible service. Food was bland. Queso was pretty bad. Service was really bad. They got one dish in our order wrong twice! Chicken burrito and rice shouldn't have been so tricky. Everything took forever to make, then we waited fifteen minutes to get someone to take our money. A decent Mexican restaurant nearby would put this place out of business.

Don't bother . Stopped in after the lunch rush , waitress motioned rudely for us to sit down . We took a booth . Restaurant was not clean , food , paper etc on floor . Sat there while she cleaned off a table loading dirty dishes on a cart. When she pulled the cart passed us she rammed it into the wall adjacent to our booth . Accidents happen but come on , no excuse me , sorry or better yet at least take our drink order ! While she stayed in the back we walked out and went to Mr Juan's . I highly recommend you go there and skip El Surenos .

Had the vegetarian fajitas without cheese or sour cream, and the chips and salsa are very satisfying. Very friendly staff and fast service and delicious food.Vegetarian options: Vegetable fajitas omit cheese, sour cream and butter

It had been a while since our last visit (pre-prices everywhere skyrocketing). We were pleasantly surprised that the pricing seemed the same and was a better value than some other places we have been recently. Food was good and hot.
