Best East Coast Vineyard! The views are phenomenal, the wine is fantastic, and the staff is great.I highly recommend doing an Elevated Tasting or the Vintner's Room tasting in the Experience Center.The first time I went to Mountain Brook it was part of a wine tour and happened to be our last stop. I wish we skipped the other vineyards and spent the entire day at MBV. We did a Barrel Room tasting with the Winemaker Dave and it was one of the most enlightening wine experiences I have ever had. Dave is doing big things and putting NC on the map. You won’t believe the wines were created in NC. Try his reserve Chardonnay, it’s my absolute favorite! You can’t go wrong with any of his wines.On our second visit we did an Elevated Wine tasting with Eric! Eric is amazing! He took his time with us and answered all our questions! He is so knowledgeable and passionate about wine. His service is outstanding – he truly goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. He is very professional but makes you feel right at home! It is truly refreshing to come across people that care not only about making great wine, but making sure your experience is special.We just went back again yesterday for our anniversary, and we are already planning our next visit. I tell anyone I come across that loves wine about MBV! You will walk away with a new appreciation for wine.Join the Cooper Club! You get great discounts and access to limited events and great wines! This winery was highly recommended but we were Extremely disappointed. The staff at the Lawn were very rude and behaved as if we were a bother. Basically made to feel we were not welcome even though seating was available. No one introduced themselves, the young lady with dark hair. We were told the "other" wine tasting room would be a better option for us. So we made our way to the "other" wine tasting room. Not much better, treated with disdain because we ordered a bottled of wine and opted out of a wine tasting. The facilities and location are beautiful; however, I would not recommend if you are wanting to enjoy a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere.

We were very disappointed that the only food available was a cheese and cracker plate with 4 small slices making up the cheese portion. They should be embarrassed.

Amazing experience I love the vibe and how it felt so welcoming. I appreciate the service and the tour that was provided. Usually the food here is stuff to munch on, nothing too exciting. One thing that made this review a 5 star is the service provided from Marche and Dave. They were amazing to talk too, and Marche provided top notch service. I remember doing my tour with Dave said, and don't quote me on this but " every wine is a journey." I just loved feeling part of the family. To the owners of this establishment please give them recognition for their hard work. Sorry it took a while to write a review. Overall an amazing experience, will come back again.

Eric was great he was very knowledgeable. We had many questions regarding the wine we were tasting and he answered all of our questions with poise. He knew all of the answers to our questions and had great recommendations. We tasted the 2020 Cab and the All in 2 which was a mixture of different red and it was a great recommendation. If you visit I recommend coming to the experience center and asking for Eric.

I enjoyed mountain brook overall, staff was super accommodating & seemed well educated about wine. It's definitely more like wine bar vibes. The property Is really stunning and the live music was a good touch. The wine was fine but nothing that stood out to me or that I'd buy a bottle of. Id go back & try more, it's definitely worth a visit. Id recommend.
We did the wine tasting experience and had an absolutely lovely time! The wines were delicious and the sommelier took time to answer our questions and give us a better understanding of how the craft of winemaking works. We highly recommend Mountain Brook!

One of the most beautiful settings of wineries we've been to. Very dog friendly outside. We did both flights and they are between dry and sweet. they only had two servers the day we went but they were both very friendly and doing a great job tending to all the customers.

Absolutely incredible experience at mountain Brook vineyards. We did a tasting in the experience center and it was one of the best tastings we’ve done in a while.Being from california we were astounded by the quality of the wines, the professionalism of the server as well as the vast knowledge & passion for the trade.We were blown away.Beautiful property, amazing team you guys have.

The winemaker, David, took time out of his busy schedule to answer our questions. Eric provided great service and assistance with the experience and our order.
