Be's Noodles, Banh Mi & Bubble Tea

Not sure what type of oil is used but I can't eat here anymore. I suspect seed oil or something causing acid reflux.

Food has great flavor, not able to handle whatever oil is being used.

I ordered pho chicken. The chicken was so tough. The broth wasn't that flavorful I did put the two sauce they had on table in my pho chicken it gave it more flavor. Just okay tasting pho nothing to knock me off my feet maybe I should of tried a sandwich that seems to be wats mostly ordered.

They don't actually have vegan items. Also, there is no indication somewhere if something is vegan, other than happy cow. They don't have any contact method available other than calling or in person. No email. So, when my reportedly "vegan" sandwich wasn't, I called. I asked if they had any vegan items. I was told that the tofu Bahn Mi and tofu vermicelli were vegan. Now, I know this isn't correct, having fallen for this last time I ate at this restaurant. So, I asked again, "Is there any fish or oyster sauce in these items?" I got a long, "Ooooooohhhhh. Yes, there is oyster sauce in them. They are made with oyster sauce." So, my taste buds were correct the one time I ate there. On that first occasion, I asked about the tofu Bahn mi being vegan, was told "yes," and trusted them until I got home and tasted it. So now, not only do they NOT have vegan options, they will say they do and be incorrect. It's frustrating that so many restaurants don't care to be honest and act like the concept of vegan is complicated. It's not complicated, especially for a restaurant. To be clear, on my first visit, they confirmed in person that the sandwich is vegan and it isn't. This is very uncool.

I ordered the traditional banh mi, expecting the usual flavorful combination of grilled or marinated protein. However, I was surprised to find that they used cold cuts instead. In all the times I’ve had banh mi sandwiches, I’ve never encountered one prepared this way. Unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a more authentic banh mi experience. It’s worth noting that the sandwich was prepared in the back, which added to the surprise since I couldn’t see how it was made. Overall, not what I was hoping for.

Very solid spot for bahn mi and they are big enough to split unless you’re really hungry. Not my favorite bahn mi spot in Charlotte but definitely still very good. The egg rolls are next level and I can’t go here without ordering them. I’m also a big fan of the milk teas.

Great food! I got the sliced beef pho and white peach green tea with lychee jelly. The sliced beef pho broth was amazing with the hoisin sauce as well! The service was also amazing, very nice and welcoming staff! And very clean restaurant! I would definitely make the drive to come here again.. this is for sure my new favorite spot!!

Very clean! Love the atmosphere. They have a little nook with boba pillows thats great for taking pictures. Food was delicious! I ordered the Grilled Pork Chop w a Brown Sugar Milk w Bubble. Speedy service 10/10 experience.
