I lived in Taiwan for over ten years.The Bubble Milk Black Tea and Spicy Beef Noodle are absolutely legit.The portion is enormous: one order could fill up two people.It's like a quart of broth.Al dente noodles.Everything kept separated until you mix it when you're eating it.Truly spicy: their jalapeño are even fresh - that tells you everything.The restaurant is spotlessly clean, run by a family, and very friendly.Zero bad things to say.See photos for proof.Vegetarian options: You won't find fresher vegetables. The menu is small so they keep it very fresh.

I got the spicy beef pho, and it was the best pho I have ever had! Perfect level of spice, super flavorful, and it came out within 5 minutes of my order☺️
Solo Monday lunch at Be's did not disappoint! Everyone in the restaurant was eating alone, so it did not feel strange to do so. Ate and read my book for an hour. Fresh spring rolls were delicious! Saved one for a snack later. The pho was amazing too. It's hard to find pho that has flavorful broth, but they did it. Wish the noodles were more spread out in the bowl, but that's the only thing I would change! They have large cups for water by the door, which is very nice. Bathroom was clean.

Well I must say I was VERY disappointed with my take out order. I ordered the combination pho with extra meat and extra vegetables. What a joke. I had half of a meat ball and some kind of shaved meat. There’s no way that was extra meat. I hate to see what a regular portion is like. The combination pho is supposed to have flank steak, filet mignon, brisket and meatballs and that’s not what I got. I wasted $23 on pho that was 90% noodles. If I could’ve I would’ve driven back to the restaurant and gotten my money back. I will NEVER come back here again.
