The customer service was impeccable. Their app did not offer sweet tea so I called during one of their busiest times and the manager was sweet enough to take my order, fulfill it and call me back to confirm it.

The weather was colder than usual, but the warm words and friendly greetings of the staff was a comfort in the winter storm.
We ordered ice cream: me, a chocolate sundae (my favorite comfort food while traveling, since childhood), and my son ordered a blizzard (DQ's famous).
They took cash, and have back change, exactly, sending us merrily on our way...
