It is part of a country club, but it is open to the public. They have an amazing brunch on Sundays. All of their food is really great. The hamburgers are really good. Their liquor choices are a little sparse. They could use more wait staff. When you can sit out on the deck, it is really lovely.

I was really disappointed with brunch a couple Sundays ago. My dining companion & I had to ask for saucers and napkins for our coffee, glasses of water, butter for a biscuit and assorted condiments. None of these items were brought without having to ask & wait for them.I was very surprised when my ham & cheese omelette came with what appeared to be shredded thin ham like cold cuts from the Harris Teeter deli. Plus it was very dry. This experience was very sub par to previous visits. I won't be back for brunch, but maybe lunch on occasion.

We went for brunch and it was not a particularly good experience. Long waits, not enough workers and food that doesn't come out together so half the party is already done eating before the rest of the food arrives.Got coffee and had to ask for creamers multiple times before we got it. Had to ask for syrup multiple times before we got it. Pancakes were very hard and rubbery almost like they had been sitting a while or made previously and reheated.My advice would be to sure up the cooking and waiting staff to improve the experience.

Brunch is good on Sunday. Haven’t had dinner yet. Walked a mile and a half tonight to find out they weren’t seating anyone due to events. I would recommend you ignore the statement that reservations aren’t necessary on their web site. Would of been nice if we knew. Anyways we had a nice healthy walk.

The atmosphere is very nice, love sitting on the outdoor/patio area in the spring and summer and near the fireplace in the winter. However the food is consistantly bad and overpriced. Burgers overcooked to the extreme each time no matter how they are ordered, sandwiches are small, half the size as expected and all overpriced. Each time we order a "special" the server returns staing that they are out. this happend last night at 6:15pm so it was not ordered late in the eveing. Whenever we mention meeting there for a casual dinner all our friends just groan.

What incredible views and atmosphere. My wife and I just moved to Raleigh and wanted to have a nice lunch on a golf course with a view. 1250 Heritage will not disappoint. Breath taking views from just about any table. We were fortunate to be close to the fire place. Excellent food and service. The young lady who helped us I believe her name was JP. Very professional and attentive to our needs at all times. My wife and I are a burger with fries and a chef salad. Kept it simple, but it was delicious. We can't wait to come back and have dinner. We hear it's great. Thank you all for providing your services during these unprecedented times.

We love the Heritage restaurant. So when we ordered dinner for Christmas Eve we knew we would get something wonderful! Wow! It was the best meal we have ever had. Pork loin was cooked and seasoned perfectly! Puréed sweet potatoes and Brussel sprouts that everyone devoured! Then there were the sides that we are still salivating over 3 days later. Cranberry relish, roasted vegetables, dreamy grits and pimento cheese. OMG! Seriously this was phenomenal
