Very slow service they claimed the kitchen crew was slim and they were less than half capacity use to love this place .. I do t know what happened to this once great restaurant...

We ask for a booth. We got one. But the seats were terrible, felt like I was sitting astride a 2X4. my bum hurt the entire time we were there. And the table was so tall I felt like I was sitting in a hole. It was ridiculous! Will not go back.

Hubs & I did the mix&match 2 for $26 including appetizer. He had a burger and I did the fiesta lime chicken. Rice had way too much cumin making it virtually inedibe but chicken was great! Service was outstanding, best I've ever experienced at this particular location.

The food was nothing to write home about. The staff was setting up for a group next to us who would be playing some type of casino games. The tables were setup in such a way that you would have to jump over them if an emergency happened and you had to exit quickly. Would have ordered dessert, but decided to leave quickly.

Listened to our waitress complain about having to do everything to whomever would listen. Had a hard time getting refills on drinks. Food was alright, but nothing to write home about. Left as soon as possible otherwise if everything had been good we would have ordered more food.

Went in around 830 845 p.m. on a friday night. It was clean quiet and just awesome. Got a great meal with my son and wasn't rushed or neglected in any way. Awesome night out with my son spending time together. Service was top notch as well as friendly.

Food was not worth the cost, Server barely checked on our table, only when we called over did the server come.It's a very cozy atmosphere that's it,Need better chief(s)/ cook (s). Not recommended by me our any of my partners.

Pretty quiet there only 2 tables we occupied including ours. You’d think with only 5 people there some of the staff could keep the ladies room clean and the cook could cook the steak right. I had Southwest Chicken bowl. It was very dry and the chicken was over cooked. Got home and I ended up spending most of the night praying to the porcelain god. Still not feeling well. Won’t be eating there anymore.
We had a very nice person wait on us. He was very friendly and had an infectious personality. One of the best I’ve had, and is makeup was slay'n!!

It's Applebee's don't know what else to say. Order was correct waitress was polite. Expensive, but it's a franchise.

Ordered ribs with salad and a glass of wine. The wine took 15mins to get to the table the meals took about half an hour and our salads came without salad dressing after our meals arrived. The bartender you could tell was horrible and moved like a sedated sloth. The waitstaff wasn't that bad. I can tell, from many years in the industry that the waitstaff was intimidated by the kitchen staff. The food was at least mediocre.

Service is slow,lack of staff. If you're not to hungry and love to wait awhile before getting Service, then this is a place for you. The other thing is, when you order appetizers, they most of the time bring it out with your meal or forget about the appetizers all together. Then act like there's a problem for asking for a refund or leaving a tip.

Daniel was our server and his customer service was superb! Wait time was less than 5 minutes from ordering to appetizers being brought to the table. Drinks were out in 3 minutes. The entree was out in about 10 minutes and it was hot and delicious. Thanks Daniel for being an awesome server.
