The lettuce and stuff was falling off the sandwich and burger itself and the workers who are very slow they were dead people standing in line for a long time and we were waiting on our food for a little while so I will go to somewhere else that will be better for your taste buds

I normally don't give bad reviews but almost everytine I go my fries are always cold normally I would go back and they would give me fresh ones but I shouldn't have to complain everytime they should always be fresh

I recently stopped by this Arby's hoping for a sandwich packed with meat, but I left disappointed. I ordered a turkey bacon BLT and what I got was mostly bread and lettuce, with minimal meat. On top of that, the service was extremely slow despite the place being almost empty. It took a long time to get my order, and the sandwich cost over $10. Not the quality or service I expected.

This place is a joke, always has been. Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes on a roast beef…it’s not like I asked you to slow roast a pig for me. 10 others cars came and left, still no food had been brought out. I will never give my business to this place again. Not to mention, watched a worker drop some chicken tenders and proceeded to laugh and look to see if anyone saw.

You go two people working on Friday night. They doing good, drive thru and taking orders and cooking and trying to clean also. Employer Zay C and a young lady hustling around trying to do all by their self...get them some extra help on weekends. And give them a raise. 7 people waiting for drive thu and on line orders...

Went to Arbys Sunday evening 8/3. Ordered a deluxe burger, curly fries and a milkshake. It was about 3 cars ahead of me. Paid at the window and was asked to pull to the front of the store. Young man brought my food to the car. The fries were cold and half empty, the cheese wasnt melted on the burger. No ketchup in the bag as i asked before pulling away from the window. So basically for $14. I got cold fries, slice of cheese dropped on a slightly cool burger and no ketchup. DO BETTER !!! WE THE CONSUMERS ARE WHAT KEEPS YOUR BUSINESS OPEN. DO BETTER !
