The food is fine if/when the order is right, which is almost never. The service is terrible and unbelievably slow. Something needs to change. I honestly don’t know how this location has stayed in business.

If I could give this Arby’s zero stars, I would. I work in food service and I understand how things can be. But I always have a bad experience when I’m here. The food takes absolutely forever and when it comes out it’s inaccurate. The employees sound annoyed when they’re taking your order, always rude, cold, just badly run. PLEASE get someone new over to this location and give it a good refresh. This location desperately needs help. Corporate/franchisee- this is your sign to get someone new over there.

Went to the Wake Forrest Arby's, and they totally messed up our oder (kids were missing sides they ordered we all got fries seems regardless), I went with my husband and 4 children. My husband took my turkey and cheese sandwich back (operative words took the sandwich back, they didn't take it therefore not free food on our account) and told them it was supposed to be on seasme seed bun not the onion bun and a woman in the back argued its not what the screen says, now I'm allergic to onions and we did tell the guy seasme seed and he said he would make it again he had a nervous but great attitude, and the woman in the back said I'm tired of these people asking for free food and to get a job. Well, we make over 6 figures, and both have great tech jobs. My kids are 7, 9, 12, and 14. I did not need to hear that snotty remark, and it bothered them. It's infuriating that places now feel entitled to say whatever they want without knowing the people or backgrounds. Whatever happened to common courtesy.

This location always gives cold old food. It tastes okay but doesnt compare to the Arby's near triangle town center (that one actually serves fresh hot food). They need to get their st*t together here and serve some hot food for once. I used to go here at least once a week but I drove 25 minutes just to go to the Triangle Town Center one since they actually take pride in their work and cooking.Update: I went there earlier in the day ( i usually go later) and the food was definitely better than the last few times ive gone there. I think the issue is that they do not generally cook fresh food if you go around 8PM or later.Update: it's been really good the last few times I've been here. Arby's is generally more tasty than other fast food restaurants imo. Upgrading to 4 stars ?

I ordered a bacon beef and cheddar and I'm still wondering where is the cheddar. I know I was not going to get a replica of the add but this is just terrible. It didn't even cover the bun!
I really like Arby's food. They didn't give me any napkins guess they assumed I would use my hands to wipe my mouth. The guy was nice that took my order food fresh etc. They only gave me one sauce. It's just nice not to have to ask for something as simple as a napkin. That's why I rated 3 stars.

Drive thru service was slower than expected, but then I figured it was because the fries were fresh. Unfortunately, I quickly discovered they clearly had "topped off" the fries from a fresh batch, but the bottom half were definitely cold and left over from the previous batch. If you were going to make me wait, just give me a FULL container of the fresh ones!

The staff was very friendly and courteous, and our food was extremely good. My mom and I ordered the gyros. They were hot, exactly what we ordered, full of meat and veggies, and tasted fantastic. I'd highly recommend the Arby's at the Capital Blvd location in Raleigh, NC.
