2nd time around. Food great. Cust service much improved. Are inside and almost every table was dirty.

But again, food was phenomenal

Cajun chicken sandwhich is the best

As Bojangles' go, this one is a pretty good one. The drive-thru is quick and easy to get in/out.

Perhaps the best thing though is the location on NC-98. It's convenient for both westbound and eastbound traffic as well as traffic on Old Creedmoor but actually getting in and out of the parking area and the drive-thru can be a confusing trial and error session until you understand how the traffic best flows for you.

I moved to the area recently and have eaten at this location twice in 3 days. The first experience was picking up dinner that was ordered on the app. The order was correct except for a missed drink. Fortunately I caught that before leaving.

The second experience was very frustrating. I ordered breakfast for the family through the app. It was food for 7 people. They forgot 2 biscuit sandwiches which we discovered when I got home. I returned to get them and instead of being apologetic, the employee first tried to dispute her mistake. Eventually she acknowledged that she didn't pack the biscuits. Mistakes happen, but there was no acknowledgement of a mistake or that I had to drive back to the restaurant while my family was eating with an apology. Instead she acted as though she was burdened by my returning for the food that wasn't packed... It was a classic example of poor customer service and a loss of future business.

Bojangles delivers exactly what you want from a quick-service restaurant. I tried their classic two-piece white meat chicken, which arrived fresh and piping hot with their signature Cajun seasoning perfectly applied. The mashed potatoes topped with their peppery gravy made for an excellent side dish that complemented the spicy chicken. Service was impressively efficient, and the dining room's cleanliness showed good attention to detail from the staff. It's refreshing to see a fast-food establishment maintain high standards across the board.

Terrible customer service. They don't greet you, speak back to you, or treat you like a person. Lady just sits on a stool taking your order. Everyone seems miserable. Im done with this location.

Having just moved to this area. I have eaten at this restaurant. And been disappointed every time. Hard biscuits rude employees. Not at all like the other Bojangles I have visited
