In my humble opinion, this is the best place in Raleigh for breakfast or lunch. I go there at least once a week. The quality of the food is consistently outstanding. The servers and people that work in the restaurant are very dedicated to providing excellent service. Most of them have work there a long time, and that tells you a lot. And it seems that everyone in the surrounding communities knows about Brigs and rates them as highly as I do.
Love the food. Busy place, and be prepared for a wait, before getting a table. This restaurant has breakfast for everyone. Fruit fresh or for toppings, omelet, waffles, eggs Benedict, and more. In 2012 I went to Brigs for the first time with a large party of 15. I remember the delicious food and flawless service. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed in our recent visit. Our waitperson was working hard but she didn’t have the ability to recognize what we needed and provide it without our prompting her. It was a holiday weekend and they were clearly understaffed.
