Buffalo Brothers Restaurant and Bar

I got hired here after my assistant manger job at a Lafayette village restaurant. Absolute joke of a restaurant, I got trained by four different servers who told me they were all “mangers“ and then they all proceeded to trained me four completely different ways. The days I was there I was not greeted nor looked at once by their general manger. Not to mention the very low compensation for their extensive training(7.25$). I think ownership should look into more hands on, higher quality training with more consistency and culture built around their “Buffalo Brother” brand. Buffalo as a restaurant could save a lot more money by maximizing efficiency and maximizing employees but that all starts with proper training/leadership.

I came to visit Garners NC to look at apartments to possibly relocate. I made a pit stop to a place called Buffalo Brothers that i saw when i left target. The menu looked good online and so i decided to try it out. I was sat at a table and the servers kept passing me by . The bartender looked at me but no one greeted me. I was about to leave and someone finally asked if I had been helped. Her name was Hailey. There was a boy who I had not seen once until he came to give me my food. He placed my ranch BBQ chicken salad across from me rather than in front of me. i still had no idea who my server was by this time. when it was time for my check the male gave it to me & I asked if Hailey would be receiving the tip as she was the one who got my drink, and ordered my food and he said "I guess, sure". it was only fair she received the tip and he did not. I will not be coming back. I was very disappointed with the service i received.

Buffalo Brothers seems like a place that has settled for “just getting by”. The food was subpar. A burger is usually a safe bet. This one was simply not good. Extremely bland! Customer service was subpar as well. I will say they do have a lot of TV’s.

We came on a Tuesday so it wasn’t busy.The waitress was nice but we barely seen her she was off cleaning in other parts of the restaurant. The chicken tenders were okay and the bone in wings were disgusting. Highly not recommended

Worst wings ... smelly chicken

Can't ever lose with Buffalo Brothers. Wings and fries are always on point, and the stuffed mushrooms tip the scale for me.

If you want a place for wings, then this is it. All other food is just ok. We tried cheesesteak egg rolls…very disappointing with little to no flavor. The cheeseburger was just ok, the ribs were just ok, same as the fries and salad. The wings… now they were good. We saw no roaches when we were there, as other reviews claim they’ve seen. Had I seen those reviews first, we wouldn’t have gone in the first place. Service left something to be desired, as our server never gave us appetizer plates, nor did she clear dirty plates as we were finishing, so they continued piling around us on the table. All in all, I have no plans on returning.

Terrible. Ordered the Buffalo chicken salad through Uber Eats. Hardly any greens, literally a small handful, a clump of carrots in the middle and small amount of cheese…it was a sad excuse for a salad… they clearly don’t care if you are uber eats compared to eating in…

You know it's going to be a questionable experience when the FIRST thing your waiter tells you is that his rent is due the next day and he needs to get $200 in tips during his shift.

Parking: The House Salad was quite good, but the Texas Toast Club Sandwich had no flavor.... absolutely NO flavor.

Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday with my wife. Service was good, the waiter was knowledgeable and friendly. I ordered buffalo wings, fried not grilled and I was disappointed. They were miniature wings, that we're almost floating in the thin Buffalo sauce. Not restaurant quality whatsoever. My wife ordered the prime rib sandwich, which they need to rename a French dip. Because it was shaved beef, on a hoagie bun.

Great food! Everything we had was good from the pizza to the wings! Loved the atmosphere.
