This is one of the best BKs I have been at. The people that work here are always nice and very professional. Since the first time I came here almost a year ago they have never disappointed so when in WF and need a quick bite this is my stop.

It wasn't just one item missing, the whole order never got made!
Ordered ahead on the app. When I arrived to the double drive thru, the order placed at the 2nd line was being displayed on my screen. No one ever came to my speaker and 3 cars ordered at the 2nd line before I got fed up for waiting and pulled ahead.
The woman at the window couldn't find my order. I showed my order on the app on my phone and she asked to see receipt. I had to park and go inside the restaurant to get my email receipt pulled up.
She then started yelling at the 2 incompetent employees about making my food while I noticed 3 other employees sitting outside ( I assume on break) the entrance smoking ( I assume cigarettes). One employee was obviously high on something. He could not concentrate or do anything right while the lady manager yelled at him constantly, he only made 1 drink while the rest of my order got made.
The whole fiasco took more than 20 minutes to finally get my food that should have taken 5. The chicken nuggets were cold, one drink was wrong (I assume the one the high employee made), and no napkins or condiments given that we asked for.
This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Burger King. Incompetent employees, rude attitudes, yelling, unprofessional!
If this is a franchise location, the owner needs to be notified of the terrible employee's work ethics and clearly being impaired on the job. If this is a company store, you have a real problem location here with terrible, incompetent employees!
I will never return to this location!

I stopped by the drive-thru to grab a quick bite on my way to an event. The original chicken sandwich and fries were fresh and HOT đ„ and the people were friendly. It really hit the spot!
Vegetarian options: The Impossible Whopper tastes as close to the real thing as you can get!

Juanita has zero customer service! No one spoke, no one asked could they take our order even though we waited patiently. She just stared at us with this nasty look as if to say âhurry up and orderâ but never moved her lips once! She needs to be retrained obviously! No one told you to shower Burger King as your primary source of income so when you bring that nasty disposition itâs not a good representation of the company! Very displeased! As long as sheâs working I will never come here again and I advise you donât either!

Never gets out orders wrong, always has toys, food is always fresh and it's perfect because they have a play place!
Kid-friendliness: The play place is the best part for us parents with kids who can't stay still!

There is no way I get a 10.71$ meal and I get a small drink and a extra small fry this is terrible let's say want be back I see why all burger king going out of business. Terrible

I came here picking up online order, lobby closed, I drove to the window, they said you need go back to drive through and tell me what is your order , that is the most stupid stuff I ever met, the my food is just at the table. I had no choice had to cancel the order, because I didnât want to go back to the drive through waiting another 10 minutes
