Honestly, my 2 hamburgers were the worst hamburgers I’ve ever had. There certainly must have been an error when filling the bag. These hamburgers were so dry, I could hardly swallow them. They must have been cooked yesterday, or possibly early this morning. I bought these at about 2.pm. Never had an experience like this with BK before. Still can’t believe it.

Probably the lowest staffing I've ever seen, wait time is longer especially at the drive thru. Not quite happy with my other, I got 2 bacon cheeseburgers and got regular cheeseburgers, I asked for 8 piece chicken fries, got charged for it and only got 4 piece, theres like 3 people working there and it's easier for things to get mixed up with many orders coming in at once, management needs to fix this

Wynita the morning manger is amazing my card wasn't working and she helped me out with such patience and grace and I appreciate her to the max I always come to this burger king when I drop my son off anf have always been treated with respect and great service !

Tuesday September 30, 2025. Just spent nearly $30 in the drive through Order#28 -- 1 whopper Jr meal 1 double cheese burger meal, 1 big fish meal, 1 vanilla shake 1 chocolate shake 1 LG fr candy. Was given a plain cheese burger instead of a big fish sandwich!! Will stop by for the fish the sandwich tomorrow Wednesday Oct 1.
