Cannon Catering catered our wedding this past weekend and if I could give them 6 stars, I would. They were absolutely amazing from start to finish!! We had a 2 year engagement, which means 2 years of questions, and emails, and ideas, and changes; and Cannon Catering was so attentive and supportive throughout the entire process. They catered for both our rehearsal dinner and the reception, and the guests from both could not stop talking about how amazing the food from both were. We have family from all across the country, and every single one of our guests were raving about the food!! Not to mention, our ceremony got moved inside last minute due to weather, and the team at Cannon Catering worked hard with our coordinator to get all the chairs flipped literally as guests were arriving. I can never thank them enough for how special they made our weekend, and I would hire them a million times over!!!!

I attended an event in Wake Forest and Cannon catered lunch. This was the best lunch I have had in a while. It was so delicious and well prepared. They served beef tips, seasoned chicken breasts, cheesy mash potatoes, and streamed veggies(zucchini, squash, carrot,broccoli). They provided sweet tea or lemonade for drinks and carrot cake and apple pie. The serving team was magnificent and very polite. I went back for additional servings and others took to go containers. I wish they were an actual restaurant and would definitely get my business.

We went with the BBQ chicken and beef tips, with mashed potatoes/sweet potato casserole, the vegetable medley (some of the best veggies I’ve ever had!), and Mac n cheese. We also got homemade rolls, and tea and lemonade! The team is so easy to work with, communicative, attentive, and super willing to help out! I couldn’t recommend them more and we hope this is not the last event we use Cannon’s for!

From the beginning, they responded quickly and had super clear pricing. We wanted a gluten free dinner (for celiac) and they were knowledgable and reassuring that it would be easy to pick GF options from their menu or make a few small swaps. The tasting was super fun and we felt like we had lots of good entree and appetizer options. During the tasting, staff were helpful, kind, and never trying to upsell or add services. They worked to understand our audience and vision for the event and lend their expertise.
The week of the wedding we used their alcohol drop service to hand off and chill down the beer and wine. This was the best service we didn't realize we needed when we started planning. The drop off saved us from moving around lots of heavy cases the day of and ensured things were ready to go for dinner!
At the event, we had a bartender from Cannon who was absolutely the sweetest. Many of our guests commented on her incredible service. We had a plated dinner late in the evening that Cannon served flawlessly -- keeping the pace of things rolling. We had a few vegan/vegetarian guests and they were served separate meals without any hassle. It felt like the team really listened to everything we wanted and made pro decisions regarding everything we didn't care about, freeing us from worry!
