Didn’t catch his name but guy running food around 12:30 on Friday said he liked my hoodie and haircut and said I “got it going on”. Genuinely made my day shoutout to him.

Great place as long as they get the food right. If they dont, they would rather ghost you than make it right even even after they say otherwise. Corporate isn't any help either.

I rolled into the Chick-fil-A drive-thru just planning to grab my usual nuggets and be on my way. But the friendly worker taking my order clearly had other plans--because somehow, I got talked into trying the seasonal mint milkshake. And let me tell you... no regrets.
It was creamy, minty, and basically tasted like the holidays decided to show up early and bless my taste buds.
The line moved fast, my food was hot, and everyone was so friendly, it always feels like I'd stumbled into a parallel universe where customer service still thrives.
Bottom line: come for the nuggets, stay for the milkshake, and trust whoever's working that window--they clearly know greatness when they see (or sip) it.

The employees were completely unprofessional. I was ignored the entire time I was in the restaurant, and no one bothered to acknowledge me. Very disappointing experience. I had to basically walk behind the register just to get someone to look at me and help me. I don’t care about the majority of them being high school kids, learn how to be professional in a working environment. Will not be returning to this location.

I had read the recent reviews on this service particularly here. However I read one about the person not being given service just because she was in the mobile lane. This happened to me tonight. Yet once I had ask the people at the window they could just take my order, they told me the same thing “you will just have to get in line again” which is not great customer service. You’re are just making me wait again only because the lady in the order lane didn’t want to take my order as I was already there just because I was in the mobile app lane. Also I tried reading the signs before entering the lanes and I thought I was going crazy so that is why I had made the mistake to be in the mobile lane.

Horrible experience noone would take my order because I was in the wrong lane. Mind you theres 5 people standing around doing nothing. Worse custumer service!!!! I spoke with the manager and he said he didnt care

Worst customer service from the drive through staff. The manager “Fynn” couldn’t care less about delivering good customer service. I was literally the only person in the drive through lane and they refused to take my order because I was in the mobile lane.
Ordered through app. They forgot the salad dressing for two salads, I had to return to pick it up. Came back and opened my salad to eat it and salad wasn't fresh 😒
