I stopped in this morning and waited patiently as several staff members walked past me back and forth serving other customers without even saying Hello, or How can I help you! I even overheard one of the managers in a blue collar shirt ask one of the staff members “if anyone had helped that lady down there with the envelope in her hand?” They had not. He still didn’t take the opportunity to come greet or ask how I could be helped. At that point, I started walking away and a different manager came up to me finally and asked if I had been helped. I told him No and that I felt quite ignored the entire time I waited patiently. This was not a busy timeframe. Only one person was in line and other customers were already seated.
He apologized, but still didn't ask how could he help. I told him that I stopped in to get information about collaborating with an organization for empowering girls in the community, but hadn't been given the opportunity or even a greeting.
This is not the type of company atmosphere that should even be considered the honor for such a cause!
My family has frequented this business countless times and this experience was a complete shame! I never expected this treatment considering this company’s values.

Why should I order from a sweaty teenager without seeing the menu and even feeling his breath? Why can’t they have a window and chairs to sit on? These kids are standing and working in the heat all day, and its not their fault I want to see the guy whose idea this was !!!!!!!!!! I demand to close all restaurants in the country

Kid-friendliness: They have placemats on the high chairs that stick to the tables which is awesome. The fast dine in service is great for kids who don't do well with long waits. The play areas are good for 3+ yr olds

We live 20 min away from this Chick-fil-A location. My husband, mum, and daughters meals were delicious and correct. My salad was completely missing from the order; however, I didn't realize it until we got home. I paid for dinner and I was the only one who didn't get to enjoy it. I ate my leftovers and found out later that my mum called about their error. Today, I found out that the manager felt so badly that he reimbursed my card for the entire bill.
There are 2 facts I know for certain. 1) Most fast food restaurants would barely credit 1 meal. And 2) I WILL return for repeat business because, to me, that was classy. (Plus, I love their food, especially their fresh salads!)

I went here about a week or two ago ordered the chicken minis and hash browns through the app they gave me chicken nuggets. I ordered when they were about to switch over to lunch. When I noticed I was already at work, I usually check my items but didn’t so that was my fault. When I called young lady stated they would put it back on the app, after checking to see if they had breakfast left. Long story short I have yet to see the chicken minis back on the app or my funds. I contacted chick fil a support also who stated the money would be back in my account in 72hrs and it’s been over a week and I still have yet to see either!!! This is ridiculous and does not make me want to return you spend any money at this franchise.
