My wife and I have eaten here for many years. On earlier visits we found many great specials like their 3 for $20 which provided an appetizer to share, an entree and a dessert. So a couple dined out for $40 + drinks. Those days are long gone. My baby back ribs were great and the sides were decent. My wife's order of sirloin with a loaded baked potato đŸ„” was not so good. Steak was not medium and mashed potatoes arrived instead of loaded baked potato. Waitress was quick to correct it. Sadly, their idea of a loaded baked potato was ludicrous. Waitress brought out mashed potatoes in a small souflee bowl. On it were parse bacon bits and a few chives! That is NOT a loaded baked potato. Our appetizer came very late and wasn't all that good. We were charged $13 for that so-so dish. Our total bill before the tip was over $57.00!! With tip it was over $65.00. And my wife drank water and I had a soda. That kind of price is normal for a superb restaurant like J.Alexanders but for a chain like Chili's? No way. We are not coming back.

If the waitress who was forced to pay $40 for a dine and dash sees this- I hope you quit because that's just gross for a large restaurant chain to even suggest someone making *server minimum wage* should have to pay for something you can't control. What are you going to do, chase them out of the building, risking your life? Nah. This ain't it.

We walked in to eat around lunchtime today, immediately when we sat down theirs is a gross aroma around our seating and on top of that we were waiting over 40 minutes for our very mid food. We were very close to walking out the entire time.

Was told a 30 minute wait. Have been waitibg over an hour. Then was told our group couldn’t sit together because they were now closing down the section with the big table. “Short” staffed and “busy” is what they told us (with an attitude) Need customer service training. Need to learn how to run a business. If they couldn’t accommodate our group of 13, should have told us when we first checked in. Now been waiting for over an hour and a wasted our time. And an add on had small children. Food was great but service was poor

The only reason I've returned to Chili's lately is because of the viral nashville hot mozzarella. Both times I placed the order in the app to pickup. It sucks how they've done away with curbside, that was always nice. The text instructions specifically say to stay in your car until you get the text that it's ready, then you can go inside and get your food. Both times I never get the text and just finally go inside and wait forever for someone to notice me standing there and there my food sits ready and waiting just getting cold. I was really craving a triple dipper today but I'm not returning because on my last 2 visits they reminded why I quit going in the first place. Both times the parking lot was empty so I guess that was my clue I shouldn't be there.

Service could have been better for a restaurant that wasn’t busy they forget to bring plates with you appetizer over All not pre busing your table to get you food on the table just need to be retrained over all .food came out great fast and on time tased great

I go out to eat often and I found chilies to be one of the better mid-range restaurants to go to. The food is consistently good and sometimes a better value than other similar restaurants. Service is excellent and management is very responsive.

I've been to chili's a lot over the past few years and sadly it's only gone downhill , tonight was by far the worst however, waiting for 40 minutes with many many open tables and at one point 5 waiting staff just hanging around chatting it was silly

We gone to this restaurant many many times. We went today 11/3/2024 and at check out the Latino Manager rushes to out table checks. I asked him to split them 3 was . He dis than he held the table Top Kiosk and would not let us to handle it. As is we were stupid
The machine was messed up and he went to my sister's bill he had problems with her car so. He gave my sister the machine and she had trouble so i stepped in. I just stared at him hr began to aggressively ask me what looking at me for. I stated I did say nothing to him the he goes to register ad discussed me with the young male waiter. He is always rude and nasty. He needs a customer service training. He even was snappy with our waitress who is always nice to us. We go there very frequently. But noe I will second think on going there. This is not the first time we have had issues with this manager. Today he acted as if we stayedto long.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever! We were placed on a waitlist and it sent a message saying our table was ready but the waitress kept saying it would be a few minutes more to clean a table. Fine, we wait about 10 minutes go by and the waitress again says they are clearing a table for us. There were already about 4 tables cleared and the waitress again said they weren’t ready so again we wait 5 more minutes. I was frustrated and I go back and ask her if we can please be seated it doesn’t even matter if we have to bring a chair up. The waitress said we couldn’t pull up a chair at certain tables because it was hazard. A manager comes up and tells her to sear us in a circle booth but it also had to cleaned. Manager came back around and repeated to her to have our table cleaned and she said it already was but just had not seated us! The waiter then takes our orders and brings out drinks but never came back to refill my drinks. He even sat at a table right across from us with different guests and did not even acknowledge us! He then took forever with our food, and even to give us our change he took a very long time (we paid cash) he took forever to bring it out! I really thought he just kept it all but after waiting for about 10 minutes he finally brought it out.
