Approximately 12 people in the restaurant.My burger came out 10 minutes before my wife's meal.Was asked if we wanted more chips but none came.We had to ask again.No explanation why food was delayed.Overcharged $19 which was taken off the bill.We will NEVER return!

Absolutely the worst ever, family had to sit there for 1 hr with an antsy 9 month old. The waitress didn’t put our order in and then said the system had to be rebooted when the party of 12 arrived after us and received their food before us. ughhh it was the worst.

Placed ordered for food way before a dinner rush. One of two tables on restaurant. Waited an hour and when asked about our food found out it was forgotten and never placed. Then was told to wait now that the dinner crowd showed up. What a waste of my families time.

3-2024 Another disappointing visit to chili's. I had the pick 3 smokehouse special and had ribs, sausage and crispy chicken tenders. The only 2 things on the plate, was the backside of the toast, and the edges of my baby back ribs. Thr fries were mush, not a crispy bit in the pile. The "crispy chicken tenders" were not even close to crispy, and the ribs were overcooked and dry. Why do I keep coming back to this location??Service was super slow. They did not have the wine my wife ordered. Food was OK. Ribs were dry. Chips and salsa were great.

Today at the Wakeforest Chili's my family of 3 and I was denied to be seated in a booth near the bar where we request due to the bar tender telling the hostess that she is double seating but there was lots of booths that where vacant. I have never had this happen to me and we have been going here for years. I guess they have lost a valuable customer.

My mother got food poisoning from this place! She had the Cajun chicken pasta and a little over an hour later we were at the hospital. Would not recommend anyone eat here. Chilis you guys have to do better. This is

I have been here several, several and several times throught the years. As with most restaurants today they are short staffing and that is why I gave the 3 stars. The ONLY problem I ever had here with a server was done by a manager and when I did a post the owning company quickly handled it. I never did see that manager again at this Chili's.Food has always been good here at minimum and most times real good.This is a remodeled one that hope by now they all have been done so it is a bit more open and modern looking.
