Had a couple bad experiences here, nothing review worthy but after the last time and having to see the reviews have basically been bad for the last 2 years shows it's a management issue and the owner doesn't care to take care of it. Maybe corporate might be a better option to report to.

I ordered a take out and paid extra for Guacamole. Instead I got lettuce. The food was cold and the chicken was chewy. Very disappointing

Messed up my order again. Pinto instead of black beans (I hate pinto beans). Honey chicken instead of regular (too spicy to eat). Ordered thru app and didn't find out til I got home... wasn't going to travel all the way back. Not the first time it's happened. Very inconsistent every time I go. Very disappointing when you want your favorite bowl and don't get it.

I typically order from here a couple of time a month. I see the owner reads reviews and answers concerns, Today i was totally disappointed. I order it and had it door dashed. Just had the same meal the day before yesterday. Today, terrible. The chips were burnt and the quesadilla was greasy and had a burn taste to it also. It is frustrating to pay the extra fees, choose a restaurant you are desire, and have to stop working to write a review, and to leave and take it back. That is how bad it is. I would love to remove this review once my issue is handled. On my way to the store now. I have a question though, why is it that delivered order seem to be handled carelessly or no thought put into the process? Me going to return the food negates the point of delivery. I know Chipotle doesn't have much to do with the fees, but in this case the delivery was fine, it is the food that is the issue. I mean you can smell the greasy scorch when you open the lid and in through the chip bag.

I’ve been a loyal Chipotle customer for years, but this recent experience left me truly disappointed. I went in to order a burrito and a bowl, immediately noticed the staff member wrapping it was struggling. The burrito was soaked with juices from the toppings, leaving the tortilla and foil soggy something that could’ve made a real mess, especially since I drive for work. Thankfully, I caught it before leaving.

I politely asked if the burrito could be re-wrapped. A man, who I later found out was the general manager, said he would handle it. Instead of making a fresh burrito or fixing it properly, he just wrapped the soggy one inside another tortilla. When I asked him to remake it the right way, he did so visibly annoyed. At that point, I declined the food altogether and requested a refund, as I had already paid for both a bowl and a burrito.

His response? He dunked the burrito in the trash as if he Michael Jordan as if I hadn’t already refused to take it, and walked off. When I stepped outside, he came out and told me to just take the bowl. I tried to express my frustration and explain I was a frequent customer offering to show my app history but he dismissed it entirely. His words: “I don’t care how much money you spend at Chipotle, we make a lot of money, go to another location if you want.” No apology. No care. No accountability.

Needless to say, I will not be returning ever!

The workers at this location literally dont give a damn, plain and simple. trying to speed down the line to make your order, while just throwing all the toppings sloppy as hell. like RELAX. The man stood there and plopped sour cream that clearly had food and sauce from somebody else’s order on top of my tacos. Like look at what the hell youre doing. and dont let you order on door dash, theyre gonna PLAY IN YOUR FACE with the portions its actually ridiculous. Nasty Food, Nasty Establishment, and Nasty Customer Service.

Inconsistent experience overall. At this point, I can walk in and immediately know whether I’ll be ordering based on who’s working. The service varies a lot.

On one visit, a gentleman at the register charged my card $0.09 and then told me I owed $28 more. When I asked why the small charge was made first, his only response was “I don’t know.” It felt sketchy enough that I locked my card afterward — I don’t appreciate having my payment played with like that.

On the flip side, there’s a staff member (possibly a shift manager) who sometimes helps on the line — when he’s working, everything runs smoothly and professionally. He may even add an extra shake of seasoning on the chicken, jk. I can’t remember his name, but I’ll update this review once I do.

Normally I don’t really have any problems but today we had placed a mobile order for two bowls, picked it up, then once we got home we found out that one of bowls belonged to a different order but had one of our labels on it. Thankfully we had someone else we knew who was heading to chipotle anyways so we asked them to get our correct order. Well they came back with the new bowl and the sour cream just tasted off and spoiled (which i never have had a problem with their sour cream!) and the steak was so spicy it was hard to eat. Overall, I am pretty disappointed in Chipotle today because I always look forward to getting my bowl :(((
