Wonderful ice creams accompanied by a variety of delicious products, served in glasses or cones of different sizes and flavors. There is where to sit, indoors or outdoors, ample parking...I had a great time!

Always busy. Always a line during peak hours regardless of the time of year. Near a high school. Near other popular restaurants, Asian, sandwich shops, healthy eating stores, and grocery stores.

Twice now I’ve had two different employees there leave so much air in the container that I’m paying the full amount for only half the ice cream… I don’t want to be rude and ask them to give me more but they’re not even trying. They’re also standoffish and not very friendly/welcoming.

Just picked up our ice cream and what a disappointment! The mud pie is basically just coffee ice cream and the cookie dough had no cookie dough AT ALL! It just a some chocolate chips! When I walked in, the employees that look like kids were PLAYING in the back and said my order wasn’t ready yet. I paid $8.99 for the larger sizes for all 3 ice creams and they couldn’t even get that right! This place must have poor management and no training on their employees on how to make ice cream, the topping that should go into it, and how to have an order ready for a customer and not be playing in the back.

So I put in an online order. They accepted the order and it stated my quart was being prepared. My bf goes to pick it up and they closed the store and kept trying to act like they didn’t see him at the door after knocking multiple times. I even tried calling 5x. They weren’t even supposed to be closed yet. At this point I want my money back. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves. You don’t treat customers like that. At least have some decency to acknowledge him or say we’ll issue a refund. Worst customer service!

Who doesn’t love cold stone… Friendly staff clean facility

Wake forest has a lot of options for ice cream and while each place has its appeal cold stone is the go-to for when you need a guaranteed taste win no matter what you choose.
Freshly made waffle cones , ice cream cakes, and I'd argue the best strawberry in the area.

Easy parking just around the side of Publix and seating inside if you can't wait to dig in.

I keep going. I have a problem.
