I appreciate that they have gluten free offerings. I’ve been three times and gotten the gluten free cake slice each time. The first time was blueberry and it was delicious. The second was chocolate peanut butter if I remember correctly and didn’t taste freshly made. The third I ordered vanilla cake with strawberry icing. After several bites I realized it was actually coconut. I don’t like coconut so I got a refund. Apparently they had the wrong menu on display.
Went in with a group friends after dinner and the desserts were delicious! I ordered an Irish coffee and it tasted like watered down coffee with alittle cream so I told them. The girl was very nice but just brought the same coffee back and just said they put everything in it so I just took it back to avoid being difficult. Definitely will get the desserts again because they were amazing just pass on the coffee drinks.
I tried the gluten free vanilla with strawberry cake. Honestly the cake was a bit dry but you never know what you will get with gluten free ingredients. However, the taste of the cake was very good. I’m not a huge fan of non-whipped icing but this icing was perfectly balanced with sweetness, flavor and it was super smooth! The space was very clean and well-decorated. The host/cashier was attentive and kind but a little less than what you typically get in Triangle customer service....
