This Culver’s is so clean, friendly, fast and well run, I was honestly amazed! A kind employee was even walking around with free samples of the flavor of the day. I placed an online milkshake order and specifically asked for curbside service so they could bring it to my vehicle. I arrived and entered the app to be there. I waited for 20 minutes, and no one showed up. There were no cars in the drive-thru, and there didn't seem to be any customers at the dine-in. And still, no one came. I had to go outside to get my order. Most of the employees were standing around with nothing to do. When I said my name, and that I'd been waiting for a while, they handed me my milkshake, which seemed to have been ready for a while. They didn't even notice that no one had delivered it. And they didn't even bother to apologize, out of pure courtesy. Recommended only if you like being completely ignored.

service tonight 4/25 is very rough. I understand it's a busy night, but there is absolutely no need for the assistant manager to get an attitude, when he rang up the wrong item. (ordered large drinks, he rang up large fries. didnt notice until after we paid) when asked where the large drink was, he got an attitude and said that we didn't order a second drink.
I've had countless good experiences here, ans will continue to come back. BUT, just because it's busy, there's absolutely NO reason to get an attitude with customers. especially when you're in the wrong.

If you have never been to a Culver's, YOU MUST COME HERE. Everything is fresh and clean, and the service is wonderful. Onion rings and burgers are unbeatable.

Wake Forest North Carolina Rodgers Road Culvers Is Absolutely Terrible, I ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwhiches with 2 fries and i got home and both my fries were missing. When i was at the store i asked for a few sauces to go along with the 23 dollars i spent on their food and they said i had to pay more for sauce. Went on to eat the sandwhiches and they tasted like crap and the bread completely fell apart. This is not the first time I have had problems with this culvers. 0/10 recommendation.

For being a fast food joint the quality and consistency of the food is great. Double cheese deluxe with signature sauce is my top choice. Sides like onion rings and cheese curds are elite. Make sure you get marinara for the cheese curds! Chicken tenders are also good! I found myself doing the Dad tax on the kid’s order of chicken tenders several times.

I went here with my sister and some friends, but when I was getting food, the cashier was very rude, especially to my sister. She asked for a small and he replied annoyed “How many scoops?” When she asked for a small, so she had to repeat herself again and he got even more irritated towards us. He kept giving us an attitude, being very rude, and whenever we walked off, he said himself, “Attitude.” Referring to my sister. This was very rude and in my opinion, very bad service.
