9/4/25 1:15pm Store was not busy at all. Rubens didn't have any thousand island on them. Kids meal didn't come with the token we paid for. This is the 3rd time in a row we've had problems. This place has gone downhill. This is the last time. Too many other places to go and spend my money.

Apparently Culver’s has invented a new dining experience: order food, pay full price, then play “Guess What’s Missing From Your Bag.” Spoiler: it was two sandwiches. When I drove back around, instead of apologizing, they acted like I was trying to scam them out of a ButterBurger and wanted to “check my bag.” Sorry, but if I were going to run a con, it wouldn’t be over fast food. Maybe try getting the order right before treating customers like criminals.

Orders really are made fresh i wait every time and the food is palatable it's a little pricey for cheap eaters but you get what you pay for. oh OOOH AND THE SHAKES SMOOTHIES AND CONCRETE MIXERS 😋 😍 👌🏾 chefs kiss lol

I've been coming to this location since before the Pandemic. I live in Raleigh but a friend and co-worker at that time lived in Wake Forest and was a Wisconsin native. A simple conversation about cheese curds and a trip here is what initially got me hooked. Excellent menu slection, great staff, and codfish dinner brings me back weekly from Raleigh. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu and their custard is delicious. Happy to say I was made a VIP member years ago so it makes my trip here well worth it. Highly recommended !!

Very disappointed. Asked for extra lettuce did not get it, some of the lettuce brown, the spicy chicken filet is not fresh, also did not get the tomato or the American cheese. My husband’s burger was not correct either, literally had to go through drive through twice and still not right. Even my concrete mixer not right. So disappointing.

Absolutely terrible experience at Culver’s. I waited almost 30 minutes after ordering and still hadn’t received my food. Eventually, I had to drive up to the window and ask what was going on. The worker disappeared for another 10 minutes before finally bringing my order. By the time I got my food, the entire experience had been frustrating and completely unacceptable. Definitely not the kind of service I expect from Culver’s.
Love the taste of new spicy crispy chicken sandwich. Must try!!
