Last time we had to wait 15 mins. They seem to care more about the people in the Drive-Thru then the people inside the building ordering. this time we order three small cones and they were all a different size. My husband's was teeny tiny which you can see in the picture the one with the sprinkles that he licked. Mines isnt even dipped all the way. Like things are expensive enough let's have ass our job

Walked in here on Sunday and was never greeted . I say hello to the young white guy he act like he couldn’t speak back . I then asked if I can do the new cookie crunch in a cup he said no they only doing cones . Ok let me get the cone add cookies on the side . I see he charged me twice for Oreo I kept trying to explain to him he charged me twice, he kept trying to explain why I see the charge twice ok doesn’t make sense whatever just keep the extra $1 . I get my ice cream and sit down . A white lady walked in asked if she could have the same cookie crunch in a cup with no problem they mad it for her. She also was greeted upon her walk in . Me and my sister looked at each other like why they couldn’t do that for us . So I walk up and ask for a manager young black girl say she a supervisor ok explained to her what happened all she said was sorry I didn’t see and if I did I would have told him not to do it .for ppl who are driving it should not be a issue giving in those clear tops . . I didn’t feel welcomed

Went there Sunday afternoon and was the only person in the store. It took 20 minutes to get a chicken tender meal. Extremely slow and had to ask about my food multiple times.

Don’t go to this Dairy Queen every time you go either the fryers down or the soda machine doesn’t work. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. This Dairy Queen needs to be shut down.

Whenever I want a good cold treat, I know DQ got me. I usually get the Reese's or Oreo blizzard and the Cheesecake Blizzard for my lady. Haven’t been disappointed yet. The staff was very helpful and friendly
