I gave 1 star but I wish it could be less. My order took 45 minutes to be delivered. When I received it , it was cold. I called the store and spoke to a manager who was very rude! She complained that someone else in my house placed an order earlier today and it was my “2nd order.” She refuse to give her name or any other management information. She hung up on me twice. Don’t order from here! The worst customer service!

The servers were being super rude and not even doing there job they started talking about god and religion also they know nothing about food they were all fighting over what a pie is and they cussed a bunch while there were kids inside

Worst pizza ever! I ordered the NY style pizza crust by mistake and boy what a mistake. It was so greasy I had to use paper towels to try and absorb the grease. All of the pepperoni was stacked the the middle of the pizza n a puddle of grease. The outer crust was over cooked and the center was soggy with grease. It was nasty. Ended up throwing it away.

This is by far the worst pizza I have ever layed eyes on. What's the "quality check" about once you placed your order, cause I clearly didn't get that service.
Ordered delivery as normal, everything else I ordered was great.
I haven't had but one previous issue with this location (undercooked stuff bread), The quality is always there up until this.
I reported a claim and received points for it, which is nice but it sucks that I had to submit a claim because people were lazy and didn't correct their mistakes.
Like why send this to someone and expect them not to get upset, especially working all day and just want to enjoy dinner. NOT SATISFIED

I ordered a pizza 20 minutes ago and found out it has a Booger it and I call telling the employee and she proceeded to reply with ( that’s impossible. That’s one of you guys boogers) while I have cameras at my store recording the hole thing and proving that we didn’t put it on there

Came in looking for a lot of boneless wings. I was told by the girl at the front, who did her best to be helpful, 32 boneless wings is the most on a single order and I said I need at least that much so I was prepared to get a lot of wings. Of course I wanted some type of wing sauce on my wings and the hostess at the front said she would see what type of sauces they could put on the boneless wings. She was interrupted by either the manager or assistant manager that boneless is a flavor. I said what if I wanted them spicy or a different flavor and I was advised that I could get a couple of dipping sauces. I wanted to buy at least $50 worth of wings and have them covered in sauce but was stopped by the manager or assistant manager because according to Domino's boneless is a flavor. ?. I apologized to the hostess, who did her best, but left with nothing. Boneless chicken wings is not a flavor. I can spend $12 and get 5 lb of chicken nuggets from Walmart if I wanted that. We really like wings in our house but I don't think I would even attempt this Domino's anymore.
