Quick service! This Domino's is conveniently located inside my favorite WalMart. When I initially arrived at the store, I placed my order: eight count traditional sweet mango habanero wings. The employees were really helpful and pleasant. I was told to return in 10 minutes to pick up my order. When I returned to Domino's a little before 10 minutes later, the employee was walking from behind the counter with my order with a side of ranch! Amazingly fast service and excellent customer service abilities! I will undoubtedly return to this dominos. I almost forgot to add how great the dinner was.

Bad customer service experience, will be taking my business to the location downtown Wake Forest because they wear gloves there even though they’re not required by policy

Placed an order for a pizza here earlier today and I was not happy. I was waiting for my pizza to be made and noticed the worker prepping the pizzas without gloves (like cheese and sauce). I asked if they wear gloves when prepping pizzas and I was told “company policy is that it’s not required due to handwashing” … then another worker chimed in and said that they weren’t required to wear gloves. Point blank period No explanation as to why they aren’t required and there was no common courtesy to put gloves on as a request. From a customers perspective, I felt that was a little rude because I went out of my way to clearly ask about putting gloves on because that’s what made me feel more comfortable. They can follow company policy all they want, but I feel when a request is made, it should be honored for customer comfortability. I cancelled the order based off of customer service.

We are visiting up here and put an order in. There were probably 10 orders before ours and I moved the car and came back in. When I came in he checked in with me immediately, told me the time frame it would take. It was accurate and then without me having to keep track of it he called me up and I paid.
He was so efficient I was just so grateful! :-)
I really expected it to be more of a headache and he had his hand on the pulse of everything! I absolutely love that!
He was also personable and made great small talk and we got out of there with piping hot pizza!!

This location is awful, has poor customer service, and it doesn’t offer bread bowl pastas. I happily order carryouts from the downtown WF location than order delivery from this location, and I recommend that you do the same if you want what Domino’s is supposed to be.

I’ve ordered a bacon/jalapeno pizza from Dominos well over 100 times. Sometimes I know what to expect and I obviously LOVE it because, shamefully, I’m not exaggerating about how many times I’ve ordered.
This one is doughy, hardly edible. But it was deep dish with extra cheese which I never get so it’s forgivable.
But the Jalapeños are always fresh and that’s the best part. They come in a bag from corporate and are really great.
But this one obviously has canned Jalapenos. Gross, right?
I called and asked if they use fresh or canned and she said fresh. When I asked if maybe they ran out, she said no, that she made Mike herself and they were fresh.
I waited 30 minutes and called back, spoke to someone else, didn’t say I had already ordered and asked the same question again.
The guy answered by saying: We always have fresh but we ran out yesterday so we got canned ones to get us through (the store is in a Walmart).
Hey, I don’t care. This happens. But what’s the point of lying to me about it? Saying she made mine specifically and everything.
Anyway. It was weird and unnecessary. No need to lie. I wasn’t upset or anything. But why?
