I’ve ordered a bacon/jalapeno pizza from Dominos well over 100 times. Sometimes I know what to expect and I obviously LOVE it because, shamefully, I’m not exaggerating about how many times I’ve ordered.
This one is doughy, hardly edible. But it was deep dish with extra cheese which I never get so it’s forgivable.
But the Jalapeños are always fresh and that’s the best part. They come in a bag from corporate and are really great.
But this one obviously has canned Jalapenos. Gross, right?
I called and asked if they use fresh or canned and she said fresh. When I asked if maybe they ran out, she said no, that she made Mike herself and they were fresh.
I waited 30 minutes and called back, spoke to someone else, didn’t say I had already ordered and asked the same question again.
The guy answered by saying: We always have fresh but we ran out yesterday so we got canned ones to get us through (the store is in a Walmart).
Hey, I don’t care. This happens. But what’s the point of lying to me about it? Saying she made mine specifically and everything.
Anyway. It was weird and unnecessary. No need to lie. I wasn’t upset or anything. But why?

07SEP24 - I saw the 3 star review and thought "No way, it can't be that bad, can it?" It can and it was. I wanted the New York style pizza. Nothing about this is New York style. And it wasn't cut with the half and half, actually couldn't have been more exactly wrong. Don't get your pizza here, Pizza Hut is better. Might try the Domino's in Franklinton.... Maybe.
Parking: Being in a Walmart the parking is great. You might have to walk halfway across the parking lot.... But that's Walmart.

Ordered the pizza for carry out on the app and went and waited for it. The stupid worker canceled it because it was after 10pm and they only did delivery. We are right there!!! Refuse to make it for us and had a “Karen” attitude to us. Do not go here.

Pizza took 2 hours for delivery. I live not even 10 minutes from the store. It kept saying it was being delivered for like 30 minutes but the tracker wasn’t moving. Called the store & they said he’s just now leaving. About 20 minutes later pizza finally shows up & it’s cold. I guess the pizza had been ready but was just sitting there. Probably will never order here again & will go to Wegmans to get pizza instead.
My favorite Dominos store.. the workers here are stupendous

Heads up this dominos is in a Walmart, it's at the front right side of the store so it's easy to get to. Used a coupon to get an $11 large pizza, and it was great. Took 12-15 min to make, was ready on time and hot. The staff seemed friendly. Was surprised by the other bad reviews, but I ordered during a slow time, so maybe that helped.
