A real disappointment

breakfast sandwiches are absolutely disgusting and tastes like melted plastic mixed with sanitizer. I had one bite and can’t get the taste out of my mouth. they need to look into whatever chemicals they are letting leak on their sandwiches.

I don't want to give a negative review, but the coffee we had at the Knightdale location was done so much better. The girl at the window was sweet and was all smiles whichbis always nice. We had an Iced French Vanilla Latte and a Caramel Cappuccino. My iced Latte had way too syrup and sugar barely coffee and my wife's Capaccino tasted like pure caramel, baby coffee, and the cup was more foam that cofee.

I had an issue with my drink and I came in and spoke with a lady named Caitlyn/Kaitlyn not sure how she spells her name. She was incredibly rude and disrespectful, had a whole ass attitude with me and literally walked away while I was talking to her. Like what kind of customer service is that? After a few moments the store manager I believe her name was Erica came over and I explained the situation to her and she was very apologetic and offered to remake my drink for me. I told her that this wasn't how you speak and treat a customer. If I were to act like this at my job I'd have no job. I called customer service and complained as well and they apologized for the inconvenience and said they will send over a message to the store manager and take action. I will be staying away from this location for a while. Sucks because it's literally less than five minutes from my house. Do better Dunkin and hire people with great customer service manners.

Last time I came here I was overcharged for my iced coffee. The second time I came here it took 5 minutes to get service in an empty store and then they said they couldn’t honor an order I’ve placed at every other dunkin. No flexibility at all.

Just disappointing. The staff was low energy and didn't seem to care which explains why my order also lacked any care. Ordered a peppermint hot chocolate with whipped cream, but when received it was essentially just water-- no peppermint and no whipped cream (which they charge you extra for btw) also extremely lukewarm, bordering on cold. I ordered a refresher with green tea-- also essentially just water when I tasted it. The croissant sandwich and donut were fine.
The 6 hash browns were thrown into the main bag without any bag of their own. So they were just loose in the bag.
Just a real sloppy and careless job overall. Wish I'd spent my money somewhere else.

Their donuts were ice cold, coffee was meh, and the drive through has a terrible layout, and the service was very slow. America Runs on Dunkin©️I was unimpressed with this location.

Wow. Let’s see:
1. They didn’t have half the donuts I ordered online
2. The guy got annoyed with me while I tried to decide what replacements I wanted from the *very* limited selection of donuts in the store (mind you, this was mid afternoon on a Saturday and we were the only people in the store, it’s not like me taking an extra 30 seconds to decide was holding him up)
3. He seemed unable to process how many donuts I ordered ( a half dozen + a single ). He first told me I only had one more to choose when I’d only picked four. I said no, that would only be five. I picked two more (to fill my half dozen) and then my last (the single) but he took one of my donuts back out when I picked my last one. I told him I still wanted that donut and he exasperatedly told me I’d already had one of that type in my half dozen. And I said yes, I now want two of them. He said that would be seven. I said yes, that’s what I ordered. He huffed and reviewed my receipt, realizing I was correct, said “my brain isn’t working” (no apology for the attitude or just about arguing with me about what was on my order), slid the box over the counter and mumbled a “have a good one” as he huffed off to the back.
4. My sons hot chocolate was basically colored hot water.
Definitely won’t be returning to this location.

Kaitlyn helped me in the drive thru. She was so sweet and provided fantastic service. Will continue coming to this location specifically because of her! Also, the almond spice iced coffee may just be my new fall go-to. So yummy!

Tried to go here because they advertise a 6$ meal deal. Upon entering, we were informed that it must be ordered in the app EVEN THOUGH that is nowhere stated on either the website or their ordering board in-location. If this was clearly stated *anywhere,* that would've been fine but it was not and the manager played dumb like if she rang it up it wouldn't be 6$. No attempt to fix it or make amends and we left feeling lied to. Will NOT be supporting this franchise even though we live in close proximity. If it is an *APP ONLY* offer, they need to make that explicit (see photo which is screenshot from the website and identical to their ordering board.)
