Walked in for coffee. Tap machine and chip reader not working. I walked out when the guy turned the tip cup my way to see. Thanked him and left the establishment.

They were in a bit of a rush so some time extra time was expected. They needed a floor manager there to organize everyone. It was a bit of a shiz show. Almost everyone that ordered had to ask for corrections to their order. I ordered via app and it took 40 minutes to get a Box o’ Joe. When you got their attention the service was nice but they were just super unorganized.

The staff at this location consistently display unprofessional and unpleasant behavior. Orders are often incorrect or overcooked, and simple requests at the drive-thru are ignored. Today, the employee at the window not only slammed it shut without acknowledging me, but also failed to provide a basic receipt—even after I asked. It’s frustrating to be treated so poorly as a paying customer.

Due to repeated negative experiences, I will no longer support this location and will instead take my business to the US1 store, where service is far better. Dunkin’ should seriously consider retraining the team here, with a strong emphasis on basic customer service etiquette and professionalism. What’s the dress code for the guy working the window that has 16 earrings in one ear?

Horrible experience, ordered 6 doughnuts from the kiosk, and when it came time to get me the doughnuts they were out of literally almost every one. When I received my coffee, they didn’t make it correct either, they missed the flavor. Worst experience I have ever had a a Dunkin. I suggest not going to this one.

Used drive thru. Missing item in order. Clearly marked on receipt. No one noticed i was still at the drive thru until another car finally ordered food. No apology for mistake. Also no napkins in bag. This is a forever issue with all Dunkins I visit.

Usually their food and coffee is pretty good but half the time they burn the heck out of my food. How any of these employees thinks it is acceptable to give a customer a crossoint that has been through the fire and flames, and came back from the depths of the land down under, is beyond me.

Employees are trash. Rude!!! FYI no one wants a donut with icing and sprinkles shoved in a tiny bag with all the icing stuck to the top of the bag. Also get some decent bags. It’s frustrating to order 3 or 4 things and get all separated bags.

I always use the mobile app to order and usually a few minutes before getting to the drive thru. Today was the 2nd time I was scolded by the same lady for not giving them more time. My order is literally a single iced coffee. Half the time it tastes like rancid sewer water and I have to throw it away. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else.

This location is always experiencing some level of “technical difficulties”. At this point not sure if managers are telling the truth or using it as an excuse to not properly serve customers. I’ve never been to a location where customers will just wait in line with no assistance or acknowledgment from staff.

Don’t expect managers to solve any issues with your order. Just ask for a refund and go to a different location.

Can’t blame the staff when it’s clear this location simply has poor management leadership.

This location always does a great job, sometimes difficult to get in and out of in regards to parking, but in regards to the service it is wonderful, coffee is always made. Well, I’ve never had a bad experience at this location.
