The staff are never decent here. They seem like they hate their life, job, and customers. The lattes we ordered were bitter, the bacon that we ordered had no seasoning when it was supposed to. They were out of the donuts we wanted as well and wouldn’t make more. The guy at the showed up at the window to hand us our bacon gave us the nastiest and meanest look. Won’t return, stick with other Dunkins or Starbucks.

Stood at counter for 15 minutes today around 2:30pm and couldn't get any service. Workers didn't even acknowledge our existence at the counter. Won't go back.

As others have mentioned, this has to be the worst Dunkin Donuts in the country. They only make the donuts first thing in the morning (or they are delivered?) and by noon they have no donuts left or a very limited selection. I've literally been there around 2pm and they have 2 donuts, and they will not make more. They're open until 7pm. I don't see how you can be called a Donut shop when you spend more than half the day telling customers you have no donuts available. The teen/young adult staff is apathetic and couldn't care less, probably rejoicing in the fact they don't actually have to serve anyone anything because management tells them not to make any donuts throughout the day. This is some interesting business model. Should change the name of this location to Dunkin' Got Nothin'

Asked to pull around for one coffee, one donuts and 10 donut holes. Ended up going inside after waiting and then had to repeat my order 3 more times and my coffee was wrong.

I purchased two sausage, egg and cheese croissants Sunday (10/8) morning. I usually treat myself during the week. When the sandwiches were delivered they were made completely different. The sausage had a weird aftertaste like it had been sitting in dishwater. The egg was a rubbery disk and there were no crisp buttery edges anywhere on it. The sandwich was inedible. As hungry as we were we had to throw them out. I called Dunkin to let them know that something was off and the manager politely listened and offered me replacement breakfast sandwiches. She took my name and said that I could give my name and get two more this week.The following morning we went to get the sandwiches and were turned away with no sandwiches because they couldn't reach someone on the phone at 11:30 in the morning to give them permission! Like strangers pull up everyday giving their whole name asking for free $4 breakfast sandwiches! I had to find another place to get a breakfast sandwich for the 2nd day in a row. Normally those breakfast sandwiches are fabulous because I get one or two a week.

They should just change the name to halfasses drinks that never have the stuff it needs like lemon or SUGAR! Seriously go down the road to Kristy Kreme.

Know one new what they were doing, store was sticky no sugar was out, and something as simple as ice in an ice coffee was missing in my order. The staff were very friendly and apologized for the order. They clearly weren't trained for the job they were hired for. I truly felt sorry for them. My wife and I were the only ones in the store.

I asked for a sausage egg and cheese with no egg on an English muffin. They gave me one that was still cold I asked to have one that was remade and offered to give back the other one. They remade it but burnt it the second time.
