I go here rarely, but invariably my order (that I place through the app for pickup) is typically incorrect once I get it, and/or they give us stale donuts. The incorrect orders have resulted in very upset children, so now I double check everything before I pull away.

Hands down one of the best Dunkin' Donuts in Wake Forest. Also the service is always fast and the employees are super kind. Definitely recommend this location!

Went to dunkin this evening and were barely any donuts left. So much so they had only the top shelf with what little product was left.

I went on a Friday morning around 8:15 ish. Wasn’t busy and was greeted right away. They were polite and had my order out in a good timely manner. Would’ve giving five stars, however, my bagel was burnt and very skimpy in the cream cheese and was applied unevenly and sloppy. They don’t offer cream cheese on the side and the only option is plain cream cheese. I understand it is a very small location in a gas station but at least offer it on the side. In a positive note I got the tornado twist Dunkin energy drink and it was amazing. 🤩

The food is greasy and salty. No napkins were provided. The powdered sugar made a mess in the car.
There was also a bit of confusion with my order and they repeatedly said I had been given everything when I was missing two items. They didn't seem familiar with the menu.
Wheelchair accessibility: The front door would be difficult to enter without assistance. There was visible clutter near the entrance that would impede a wheelchair.

Most of the time no employees in the front desk busy chatting and hiding in the corner .I’ve been waiting forever in order to place my order . No even a single car in the drive thru. Know that there’ s a customer waiting forever Management please review your camera how long that your customer have to wait just to get 1 cup of coffee . No wonder why nobody wants to go there because you won’t see an employee in the front desk busy in their own little chat . Wasted time and money .Bad experience !

I ordered a s’mores cold brew and a bagel the bagel was good but my coffee had a fly in it and when I even received my drink and food they handed me the drink, told me to have a good day and slammed the window shut forgetting my bagel or even letting me say something. This Dunkin used to be good but has gone down hill

as a new employee for durham road dunkin ; just working there for 3 months , i am proud to say i loved the time i had. for this being my first job there are a lot of things i didn’t want to have , such as a rude manager and crew. i couldn’t be more happy to say that i have had the BEST first manager and i planned to stay longer for more experience until our district manager decided to move her so that she could “fix” another store. i have heard from countless customers , crew and EVEN our district manager that our manager was the best thing to happen to durham road dunkin cause it is such an old location it wouldn’t get a lot of attention as other stores would but she turned that around by being herself and making sure everyone had a good experience at our dunkin. we would continuously get good feedback from most of our customers and some even refused to come back due to her moving. our district manager was no help at all and paid more attention to other stores. he also has a thing for telling all his managers that they are “the best” at every store then talk down on other stores to each manager. our manager should NOT have to pick up another store and “fix” something that she didn’t ruin , our district manager should do that if anything. he has told the new manager that this is her “feel of the water” until she gets a “bigger store” but she thinks she knows everything and is trying fire people who shouldn’t be getting fired and changing everything our manager has already had a set routine for. our manager loves her store and moving her is unnecessary , so if no one else will fight for her spot i most definitely will.

Regional manager doesn't know how to keep a good thing going. Place finally made a recovery after many many years of mismanagement and as soon as we have a manager who knows what they're doing and running things smoothly, he jerks her to another one of his failing stores to try and use her as his magic fixer upper. Leaving the this location in complete chaos and a brand new manager with NO prior management or even Dunkin experience. Seems very mismanaged from upper levels.

The best Dunkin around! I have been a regular now for a few years and they recognize my dogs and I when I stop by the drive through most days to get my regular order.I will rate the food as 5 stars because the employees do a good job but I wish Dunkin corporate would just stick to the basics (donuts, bagels, muffins) instead of trying everything under the sun. I only really go for the coffee and the good customer service. As another reviewer stated: every employee deserves a raise!
