Very good selection. Has like at least 20 different types of syrup so you can put in the coffee. It’s got a really good dessert selection and good pretty prompt service. It can get packed, but that’s because it’s just a nice establishment. 10 out of 10 recommend

Amazing café, the workers are so nice, everything about the atmosphere is magical! You can tell the food is made with authentic ingredients and hand made. No frozen prepackaged goods that you'd find at other, mainstream coffee shops. My friend and I got their Boston Creme, Creme Brulee Cheesecake, Canoli, and their Hachapuri. Everything we got was so good their coffee is just as good, I got their cinnamon pistachio latte it was so flavorful, the consistency was perfect. You could tell the barista actually put care and effort when making it. I didn't know luxury coffee could taste like this. It's also very cost effective, for everything we got, 2 drinks and 5 food items, it was only 50 bucks total. 10/10 would recommend

I was heartbroken when the European bakery closed where Paul & Jack is located.
I couldn’t imagine having a better pastry store then the original one and was sceptical of the new business.
Paul & Jack exceeded all my expectations.
Being originally from Europe the art of pastries is something very close to my heart and the bakery consistently delivers the best quality baked goods and a huge selection of various pastries.
The employees are friendly and cheerful every time I visit either locations.
Melinda is especially professional and courteous and I stop by the cafe every chance I get.
Please keep up the good work and thank you for bringing superb quality and craftsmanship to the Raleigh metro area

This is THE best bakery in North Carolina. It's worth the drive even if it's a little far! The desserts are incredible, absolutely divine and creative flavors as well, and the staff is so nice. Every other bakery is absolutely ruined for me. The coffee is good too!!

I usually order a single shot of espresso with a croissant. Both are extremely good quality, but the price is a bit steep. I also wish they would turn down the air conditioning, the place feels practically refrigerated.

Best almond brookie and Dubai chocolate NY cheesecake I have tried. I would not eat all of each myself as they are very sugar dense but definitely worth trying a little bit. They could cut the sugar down or replace with something like monk fruit sweetener to make them healthier.
Great coffee. Did not care for cheese cakes we tried- something was off with texture and taste . Service was fast, but the person at the counter was not pleasant- you don't have to smile or be friendly, but down right scowling and short temper with a customer isn't really inviting to return and try other products that may be better than the cheese cakes.

What a great find for some local pastry treats and a coffee! The pastries were simply devine and coffee too. A perfect place for a party of 2 or 3 to enjoy some treats and socialize. A must if you love homemade custom pastry treats!!
