I ordered subs online for a 12:05 PM pickup, but they weren’t ready until about 12:30—and only after I went up to the register to ask for a refund. Staff continued to prioritize walk-in orders while online orders sat significantly backed up. Really disappointing experience and not efficient for anyone trying to order ahead.

The food is usually good. However, they have yet to actually get our order correct when we order delivery. Either items will be missing or the sandwiches will not be prepared correctly.

I came in, and nobody greeted me, I waited a couple mins before a gentleman with glasses came to the register to assist me. The two girls that were there, tall blonde ish white girl with a pony tail and the white girl with the piercings kept making sandwiches, and gave me dirty looks the entire time. But she greeted others as they came in. A bunch of weirdos, I used to work at firehouse subs and I know the first thing to do is greet your customers. The guy was nice and I still gave him a tip, and I got my sandwich quick and it was great though. Definitely would talk to the manager if I could.

First time here - had the medium steak and cheese, it was flavorful and overall, outstanding - although I found myself wishing I had ordered the large.... Service was great.. The only downside was on price - with a medium combo ~$15 and a large combo ~$20, I just find that a little much for a sandwich combo... great product, not so sure about the value.
I placed my order through the mobile app to save time and avoid waiting at the fast-food restaurant. When I arrived, the staff informed me that my order would take an additional 10 minutes. They also said they didn’t have the cookies I ordered, so I chose a different type that we also like. After 10 minutes, they told me they were out of meatballs, but another employee disagreed, claiming they did have them. The two employees argued about it, and once the issue was clarified, they explained that the meatballs were frozen and would take another 10 minutes to prepare. We eventually received our sandwiches but not the cookies or the mac and cheese. When I asked about the mac and cheese, they gave me a portion that was basically frozen and inedible. I then asked about the cookies, and they handed me the wrong ones. When I pointed out that these weren’t the cookies I requested (my second choice), they admitted they were out of those as well. They offered to remember my name for my next visit to provide free cookies as compensation. This frustrating experience at a sandwich fast-food restaurant cost me $80.

Went here with my brother a couple days ago, and was served by this super sweet worker, I think her name was Gracie, she had some of the best customer service I have ever experienced, and made our sandwich’s quickly and with care. Will be back soon!
