I know Firehouse can do better than what we’ve experienced. Numerous times I’ve gone in and it’s very apparent that they don’t want to wait on you, and they keep cleaning. I watched people walk out due to this. I’ve been told there’s new management so we can only hope for the best.
Today the quality is different compare 4 years ago. The sub or sandwich is cold. The costumer service is totaly different. The guys laughing all time in mockery. Im visit other place next time
Me and my girlfriend were visiting North Carolina from Pennsylvania as we will be moving down south later in the year. We needed to find another place to eat while visiting and we stumbled upon firehouse subs. I love subway so thought why not. Best decision I ever made in my life!
