First Watch is a hit or miss. The food is good and the menu is creative with lots of different choices and seasonal options too. Our breakfast was good, could have been a bit hotter (temperature) and neater presentation on the plate, we ordered the traditional eggs Benedict with hash browns (that were burnt and cool, not the best we’ve had there in the past, maybe just an off day for the chef) and a side of pork sausage (not the same as it used to be, not as good) an OJ (used to be fresh squeezed, not anymore, will not order again) and the steel cut oatmeal with fresh berries and a muffin. The steel cut oats were a bit over cooked, but hot and delicious once in added some milk, brown sugar, blueberries and pecans. It was a huge portion and I have lots leftover to take home. Our server (Jason) was a superstar!! First Watch, hang onto that man, he’s a gem and knows how to smile from his soul and share his contagious happiness!! Bravo Jason!! You made our breakfast so special!! Thank you and have a blessed day.
