This place almost makes me cringe coming into it. I ate here earlier today and the manager (OBNOXIOUS) loud gossips to his employees about customers I heard it today when waiting for my food. Poor excuse for a manager . I don’t even want to go in here anymore because he makes the place feel like a middle school drama girl hangout spot.

It’s definitely a delicious burger and fries, but the price can feel a bit steep, like taking out a second mortgage! While I'm not thrilled with the cost, I still find myself coming back because the food is great. I just wish it were a little more budget-friendly—I might visit even more often!

I am so utterly disgusted with this place. Came yesterday and got so sick to my stomach that it was insane. Called the manager to get the number to corporate and explained what happened. Absolutely no apology. Called corporate and THEN got an email from a manager who said I could get a refund. I come to the store today to get a refund, the girl there attempts to try and then tells me to step to the side to call the other manager on the phone. I waited and waited and WAITED as she proceeds to cook burgers. No apology, no refund. Nothing. This establishment is gross and unprofessional and I’LL NEVER return.
