We’ve been to Flying Biscuit in Cameron Village several times. This Wake Forest location is new. We got there at 2:20 pm on 12/30/25 (Tuesday). When we opened the door the teenager standing at the hostess station ran off. Weird but he did send the host back to the station. The host walked up to us, looked at his phone, and said ugh we are still open. They close at 3.
If this is his normal behavior, I don’t think he should be allowed near customers. Leading us to a table, he slid past a table of folks that were getting up. I waited for them as it would have been incredibly rude to push on through. The host did wait for us to reach the table before leaving. The restaurant was close to empty.
The waitress was friendly & professional. Totally happy with the service. The food was ok. I think the food at Cameron Village is much better. I’d pass on returning & would go to Waffle House in Youngsville next time.

Our waitress Kristen was amazing! Very knowledgeable of the menu, attentive and kind. The food was delicious and the wait time minimized to 10 minutes as we place ourselves on an online waitlist before leaving our house. Perfect service! Will definitely consider this place for breakfast more often.

Our server, Jessica B took great care of us on our latest visit. Wait times are reasonable. Large quantity plates. Overall the food is very good, just a bit inconsistent from visit to visit. One time bacon and biscuits were done well, another time bacon was overly crispy and biscuits were on the dry side. Staff will replace if you bring it up which ok if your schedule allows time for a redo.
