Fast, Friendly, and Fresh—Just How I Remember It!

I recently visited Freddy’s after not having it for a few years, and it did not disappoint! There was no wait at all, and the service was quick and friendly from the moment I walked in.

I ordered the double bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions tater tots and cheese curds—and it was absolutely delicious. I was especially happy to see tater tots on the menu since I’ve never been a big fan of the shoestring fries they originally offered. The burger was hot, fresh, and cooked to perfection. I also grabbed a drink from the self-serve fountain (Palmer mix!), and everything hit the spot.

My entire order came out fast and just the way I wanted it. Great food, great service, and a smooth experience overall. I’ll definitely be back again soon!

I ordered a naked dog w/extra chil & extra onions. The dog was cold (I presume it was cooked), there was barely any chili on it (certainly not "extra") & a sliver of cooked onions w/a tiny cup of maybe half a teaspoon of chopped onion. ?????

The dude working the front register has great people skills and energy! Best I've ever experienced I'm fast food/dine in setting EVER. Give this guy a raise

The food is great... If you can get it.

Essentially service was terrible. Just ordered two meals with two ice creams.
Nothing fancy. They gave us one ice cream at the window and then told us to pull around the front for the rest of the meal. After five minutes an employee brings the other ice cream out. We ask for sauce since no one asked us at the window. No spoons for the ice cream either. When the employee returned with the sauce we asked how much longer for the food and their response was, "You guys got food?". Oh dear. So we re-tell the poor employee our order and they proceed to bring it out piece. By. Piece. Whole thing took about 20 min. No spoons, no napkins, no straws. Very rough service and communication between the the window the people they send out to give out food.

First time at Freddy's and while the food is good, I'm definitely not wanting to return anytime soon.

This was my first and last time eating from this place. I went through the drive thru and once we started ordering our food we were then told they were out of drinks once we got to the window. They didn’t have lemonade or Dr. Pepper. Then I come home for my food to be burnt. At least the young man at the window was nice.

Past 2 visits the patty melt has been extremely greasy and custard too soft dripping everywhere. Even when Mgr said she would fix it, the cone came back in the same condition. Don't sell ice cream if not set up and ready to sell. Seems simple

I was billed once for my burger and a second time for someone else’s order! I’ve called twice and left messages and filled out an online review. So far no response! Someone should be answering the phone but it goes straight to voicemail.
